Just PM them and they'll take it off. If within 3 months, you behave correctly, they reduce the warning level.

 

My warnings were suppose to be reduced in June but as soon as I pmed the mod to take them off, I got involved into funny stuff and my 40% was boosted to 80% and just last month I got my last one ☺️
