So that is what it is.
Today I was laughing how Arnav never asked Shyam first thing:
"Why are you here and how did you know we were here?"
Then same old argument between Dadi and Arnav.
Dadi is all about Shyam and Arnav is all against Shyam. Nobody will say why? how? what? where? when? but the same old chicken and egg argument which takes us nowhere.
Let's see tomorrow, because again there will be something they will put just to fill in the episode, because hey, they showed a lot today. They showed Arnav slapping Shyam, wasn't that enough for us fans to shut up for the entire week?
