According to me how much kria will try to convince her mom how good is Rey, she would never listen to her daughter.
The image Smriti has of Rey wont go that easily. She thinks that rey is one of the rich spoil brat who will use her daughter and then leave her and go away
So to change her misconception,I think some kind of situation need to be created infront of Smriti so that she can change her opinion about Rey by showing that rey truly loves kria and will support her all the way.Some situation such as rey is talking to swayam about kria about how much he loves her and smriti hears their conversation.

Jiya, I agree with u completely. Smriti is a strong headed woman who cares a great deal of her daughter. The image she has on Rey is very complicated, he was seen only mischeiviously to her eyes and up of dat he played a prank wid her too...😆😆.
Smriti shud also be seeing his good works also so that atleast d last opinion she had of him will shatter a bit.
