I mean she instigated him to blackmail his family. she always speaks ill of them.
so why should he be surprised that she did all this

I think earlier Jagya thought Gauri did those things for him. But now after BP's revelations, he will think gauri did all those thing only to make him go against his family and separate him from them. Well, this is the only reason i could think of😆.
