spelndid!!!!!!!!!!... ab lag raha hai ki hum phir se suruwat ke epi me pahuch gayee hai... simply wow! hum sab kitne dino se hospital romance ka wait ker rahe the...so it's slowly slowly gearing up! too good!👏 malliqa ke jane ke baad se sab sudher gayee lagta hai...aur jaise hi romance dikhana suru hua TRP bhi apna kamal dikhana suru ker di hai...actually ab makers ko samajh aana chahhiye jitna romance, jitni mature and realistic approch hoga show ki TRP utni hi baregi...i like the way today nidhi was flirting with her husbend..."dil ka kya hai Dr ashutosh? dil to kahi bhi🤣 simple love that...sach me aajkal KTLK me kamal ho raha hai...just loved these logical, matuare and romantic epi nowdays...keep it up guy's...👏👍🏼

Wonderful episode. SK looks fantastic when he is mad.

Did anyone notice that Ashu was wearing the tie that Nidhi gave him when they were dating. I watched the precap a couple of times to confirm - making sure that I was not seeing things.
