the ligament in my ankle is teared

Plenty pain in the ankle went to see the doctor this morning

good to know...what a mess asmi..didnot i tell u yesterday about this? i thought so that it might ur ligament as u being hurt several times..but dont worry it will be ok..just dont give pressure on that poor ankle..
