Several people are describing TVS' love for Sugni as lust. I would like to clarify that simply because of the recent incidents, TVS' love for Sugni remains just that - LOVE. He adores her, wants her and cannot imagine his life without her. His turmoil is he fears losing her if he told her the truth...

A man who lusts after a woman will try to seduce her - TWICE she has been in his room and the second time she was ready to give him her life...he could have put some sindoor in her hair and in her vulnerable state taken her to his bed...he has NEVER done that to her. He wants to give her his mother's wedding ring - you give that to a woman whom you respect.

TVS has a deep secret, one that prevents him from getting married...

We have all speculated about that deep dark secret, but to suggest he is a lustful man...no. Nothing in the writing or direction suggests it. Is he an obsessive or possessive lover - NO, I don't see it...he is a man who has fallen for a woman and wants her for the rest of his life and no-one is going to stand in his way of making her his wife.

TVS has never wanted to make Sugni his mistress - he abhors the idea...but at this point, TVS is beginning to realize that this might be the only way he can make Sugni his...

The question is how will Sugni take this arrangement? With vegence, anger or will she, because of her love for TVS...agree? Both avenues will give us an interesting storyline...

As long as no Adi-Sugni jodi...CVs - DO WHAT YOU WANT😉

Laila very well written. Though initially I had doubts on Vikram's intentions of how he can fall in love with Sugni later on his actions have justified that he really loves her & wants to give her a respectable life.

I dont know what secrets RM mansion will reveal but one thing I am sure that is Vikram truly loves Sugni or if it was just physical he had so many chances to seduce her but he didnt do it. Whenever things get overboard Vikram always comes up with the solution namely Marriage. So if his intention was just to satisfy himself then he could have kept her as his mistress but he is offering her marriage.

Agree 100% with the post, and Vikram loves Sugni but what in his past making him act this crazy... What is he so scared and afraid about ? There relationship would be stronger if Sugni knew about his past.

I totally agree with laila. TVS is totally in love with Sugni and that's why he wants her in his life at any cost. He has also realized the more he waits, there will be more dramas, threats from his family, society. If something drastic were to happen to his sister or to sugni then it will be hard to continue wth the weddng. And then G doesnt trust him at all and will soon find out the secret of RM. TVS is so scared to lose Sugni, and so he wants just to marry her now.

he says to her we tried making everyone happy and wanted family's blessing but its becoming more and more difficult!!!!

I just want them to be married before G or Adi reach at the mandir. Saath Pheras should be completed !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

cant wait for tommorows episode ...so excited !!!!!

Laila thank you for making this topic and you echo my sentiments exactly. TVS isn't some perv who want Sugni cause let's face it Vik is a charmer and if that was the case he would've done so already. Sugni has been in TVS room several times without hesitation he hasn't done or said anything that would suggest those traits. Plus if he was dangerous he could've done something to Gulabiya to shut her up but he hasn't he just know time is against him so he's rushing the wedding before the secret comes out. I'm not excusing his lies cause a lie is a lie but to equate his feelings to just lust is just ridiculous to me.

Oh yes this will make for some good drama and I can't wait for Sugni & TVS face off once the raaz is reveal.

These quotes from Varun is one of the reason am not surprise at what am viewing on screen about his character. And I know his character was always meant to be grey not villain cause even Varun has issues how negative characters are written on screen.

While this talented actor personally has no issues playing a negative character, he does have a major grouse with TV writers and the way they handle negative characters

"In an attempt to make the protagonist look good they make the antagonist totally negative. There should be some balance as no person in life can be totally black or white. You need to show shades of grey," avers Varun."

That's enough confirmation from me that Vik character was always meant to be grey. Also while researching I never read any articles that talked Sugni & banja in anyway or him being lead so don't know what that came from either. 😕

My only issue is RM and everything that comes with it 🤢

I'm not sure if cv can explain there way out of this 😕

Laila nice post and good comments by all I never perceived VS as the Lusty lewd or carnal type of person he is anything but that if you see his and Sugni scenes he is more understanding protective indulgent never forcing himself on her at all .I would not describe it that way.He declares his honorable intentions to one and all
But he has something to hide some experience that has made him to not reveal the truth so on the whole the relationship makes you not to think completely of love but there is something holding back what it is will be slowly revealed. And G's detective mood has spooked him into doing something in a hurry marry Sugni in the temple immediately. Lets see what happens

me too not agree that his love is lust... i think he loves her sure.. but he has a secret .. and he is hesitate to reveal this... he was waiting for appropriate time.. but now when he feels threat from gulabo.. he has no other option except marriage... he don't want to loose her..

and some member are saying that he want to do 'sardhakai' i don't think so.. well yesterday when he putted the duptta on her head..BG playing some mantra.. that means his gesture is pure atleast till yet.. can't say about future.. but he never wanted to do sardhkai... of her... as he said to his sister that he don't want to do sardhakai of sug..and in the engagement ceremony he said clearly that he will marry her with all ritual... so where is lust in all this... may be in the future circumstances make him gray or bit rigid.. then he will... but right now he is really loves her and can do anything for her...

atleast me feel as such... and i don't want to be prove wrong... 😕

I am not to happy with Vickram at the moment, but I do not doubt that the love he feels for her is 100% real.
He wants her to have a respectable life, he had no hesitation standing up for her not only to his family , but to the community, even before they were in a "relationship".He genuinely adores her, and I would say admire her spunk! '
Right now he is acting like a man who is scared of loosing the one thing that is precious to him. Maybe she is the one piece of sunshine in his life!
As for the lust theory, oh please, there have been lots of instances in the show where he could have acted on that! But he never has.. So yeah he wanted to kiss her a few times, I don't think that qualifies as lust but as a man in love with a beautiful girl.
As he so eloquently told his sister : "You think god only gave men hearts to clean the blood?"
