Yes, I do. I also feel high without external influences. I term these changes often as hormonal! 😛. I don't know how guys wanna explain their stance though.

Oh, I totally know the feeling 😆 when you suddenly feel high for no reason and just start doing weird stuff. And when I lose it, I have all my friends staring at me, murmuring, "there she goes again". 😃 There are so many reason's why I feel high.. maybe I'm bored or I'm just ecstatic.. mostly bored :D

Dont wish to alarm you but do get a psychiatric consultation asap

Feelings of euphoria and depression without any apparent cause could be the beginnings of bipolar disorder 😲

Yes the lovely feeling is hard to describe as it takes us to another level of experience; could be another dream state. I also hear a ringing sound in my inner ear. Only problem is often sleep overcomes us after a while and we lose consciousness; so you can play some nice spiritual music to work on the subconscious region. Often I sleep with music on too.

Robert Monroe did some experiments with some special music played while he slept.

At times it feels as if there are energy patterns or a wall surrounding us after deeply concentrating or immersed in something, same feeling when we are deeply immersed in prayers or thoughts or even music.
