PART  - 17

Everyone is gathered at Ram's home'.

Chavi was sitting next to Rahul holding his hand'.Rahul was caressing her palm assuring her that nothing would go wrong.

Eveyone present there had worry lines on their forehead'

Priest ' dekhiye Niharika ji'.mene aapke kehne par dobara kundali milayi hai dono baccho ki...but there is nothing that has changed'..i am afraid that my predictions might come true if you go further with this relation'

Chavi breaks into tears'.she gets up and tries to move away and her leg gets hit by the table'.

Rahul holds her'.and tries to calm her down'

Chavi hugs him crying'.

Ram had tears in his eyes seeing his choti in this state'

Ram ' pandit ji'isnt there any way that it can be solved'.

Priya ' ya there should a way out for this'.

Priest ' am sorry but Chavi is born Manglik'..there is no way to remove her mangal dosh'and as Rahul is not a Manglik'.it wil risk his life if they both get married'.

Rahul  gets irritated...and it was evident by his face..

he pulls back chavi gently  and wipes her tears''

Rahul ' shhh hey hey'..mein hu na'..dont cry'.you know na I cant see you like this'.

He kisses her forehead lightly and signals neha to take her from there to her room..

Neha does as he says..

Rahul ' I don't believe in all this crap'..all this is just trash'

Priest ' beta you cant deny the truth'

Rahul ' there is just one truth of my life and that is I love Chavi'she is my life'.and I cant live without her'.

Priest ' its upto you to believe it or not'my duty was to warn you and I have done that,'rest is upto you'

And the priest leaves...

Ram gets depressed and burries his head on his palm'.

Priya tries to comfort him'

Priya ' Ram don't worry everything will be fine'

Ram ' how priya'what will I do now'i knwo Choti wont be able to take it...

Rahul ' why are you worried Ram'I said na I don't believe in all this'mein Chavi se shadi karunga chahe kuch bhi ho jaye'

Ram ' but Rahul'..

Rahul ' nahi Ram'.i don't want to listen anything now'..

He moves towards Chavi's room'

He silently unlocks the door and finds Chavi sobbing standing in the balcony'

He hugs her from back and places his chin on her shoulder'

Rahul ' kya hua jaan'.ro kyu rahi ho'

Chavi - *still crying* leave me Rahul''chor do mujhe'.if you stay with me'.you'you'.

 and she starts crying more'.

Rahul turns her around'.he kisses her tears away'..

Chavi closes her eyes'.but Rahul could still hear her silent sobs'.

Rahul ' you know what'I love you'.itna pyaar karta hu tumse ki tumhare bina rehne ka khayal  bhi darata hai mujhe'.tumhe lagata hai k tumse shadi arne se meri jaan ko khatra hai ??? ek baat batau tumhe aise rote dekhta hu na to har pal me sau maute marta hu'.pyaar karti ho mujhse ?

Chavi nods in yes'

Rahul ' jo kaunga karogi ?

She nods in yes again'

Rahul ' shadi karlo mujhse'.i wont be able to live without you'.if I have to die I want to die without any regret'.agar tum shadi nahi karogi I will take my life myself'.

Chavi  traces her hand over his face and places he hand over his lips'.

She nods her head in negative'

Cahvi ' agar meri wajah se tumhe kuch ho gaya to I wont be able to live'

Rahul ' kuch nahi hoga mujhe'..your love is my strenght'I would prefer to die rather than spending my life away from you'.agar tum hi mere sath nahi hogi to mein jee kar bhi kya karunga?

Chavi hugs him and he hugs her back'..

Rahul ' I am gonaa marry you'and I wont take no as an answer'.

After sometime both come downstairs'

Ram ' rahul'..wo'

Rahul ' dekh Ram'ab tera bahut ho gaya'.now if you say one more word I will run away with Chavi and marry her then'.choice is yours'.do you ant to see your sis getting married or you want me to run away with her? Wither way I will marry her. And he smiles.

Ram hugs him'

Ram ' tu na'.kabhi nahi sudhrega'.

Priya ' ok so engagement ki date nikale??? She says with her bright smile.

Vik ' haan'.haan why not'.

Neha ' we will arrange some other priest and get a suitable date for engsgement'.

Rahul ' fair enough'.

They all have a group hug'.

Next scene '

Ram was standing in the balcony''

Priya stands beside him'.admiring the beautiful view'.

Priya ' Chavi k baare me soch rahe ho na'

Ram sighs ' yes'but how you know'.

Priya smiles'..itna to tumhe jaanane lagi hu'.i know what thoughts creep into your heart at such situations'.

Ram looks at her'.and smiles'

Priya ' Ram'you know I used to think love exist in only movies and fairy tales'..but seeing Rahul Chavi I must say pyar'pyar'

Ram ' bahut pyari cheez hai'he completes her sentence'

priya ' yes'.Chavi is very lucky to have found true love'.

Ram ' yeah she is '.i am so happy she has got someone like Rahul'.

Priya ' kitni ajeeb bat hai na Ram'.Rahul Chavi ek dusre se itna pyar karta hai ki'.Chavi is ready to leave Rahul for his safety and on the other hand Rahul is holding onto Chavi keeping aside everything'both want just each others happiness'.

Ram ' this is only called love priya'.when you smile because your that special someone  is happy'.when you feel a stab in your heart when he  is sad'.that person becomes so special to you that nothing in the world seems to matter'.aap uski ek muskurahat par apni zindagi lutane ko taiyyar ho jate ho'you fight with the whole world to protect your love'..this is love'.kehta hai na pyar kiya nahi jayta ho jata hai'it's the truth'.love develops and  grows without you even realising it'bahut pyara ehsas hota hai'.

Priya was listening to him silently'

Just then Nih enters the room looking for Ram'

Nih ' Ram beta'

Ram ' yes maa'

Nih ' beta pandit ji has said the shubh mahurat for engagement is after two days'.so beta we have a lot to do'.you and Priya go together and do shopping for yourself'I am sending Chavi with Rahul'and I have called certain event planners'you tell them their jobs ok..

Ram ' ok maa'.

Nih leaves'

Ram ' Priya chalo'.we have a lot of things to do'

Priya nods her head smiling'.

Ram calls various event planners and asssign them jobs that are to be on the engagement ceremony'

VikHa accompany RaYa as they also had to do shopping for the ceremony..

Priya helps Ram in selecting a nice sherwani for himself'.

Ram ' priya..why didn't you buy something for yourself'.

Priya ' you know it Ram I don't wear such type of outfits'..and never was there a need to wear these coz I avoided these kind of functions'.so'

Ram ' its ok Priya wear whatever you are comfortable in'.and he flaunts his super cute smile'

They all finish shopping and move back ..

Later in the evening'.

Priya is standing near the window'.

Her mind is captured with Ram's words '

"when you smile because your that special someone  is happy"

Images of her and Ram flash infront of her eyes'

"when you feel a stab in your heart when he  is sad"

Flashback of her and Ram in Shimla when she was upset coz Ram was angry at her and not speaking to her because she had hurt him with her prank'.

"person becomes so special to you that nothing in the world seems to matter'.aap uski ek muskurahat par apni zindagi lutane ko taiyyar ho jate ho'."

Flashback of the time when Ram lost to her in arm wrestling so that she is not made fun of'.then where he says sorry to her with the help of kids'.

"you fight with the whole world to protect your love"

She remembers how he saved her from the goons and got hurt.

Priya opens her eyes'

Priya ' why do i feel a connection with Ram...its so unusual...why...i feel this all the time...is it that,,,do I love Ram ? no this cannot be'.we are jus friends'.very good friends..best friends'..

And she gets lost in her own thoughts.
