Everyone is shocked to see Sid.. Sid comes there. Looking really cute in the black coat… mamta asks him to stop joking around, sid tells that that he is a lawyer may be not a great one, but she needs a lawyer and he will be there for her… mamta remembers what the pandit said about the masiya… sid looks at akshay and thinks that he is wrong, but he cant help it… the judge asks him to begin… sid asks the judge that he is going to find the case because of emotions rather than follow the book, akshay's lawyer congrats him for getting his first case… the lawyer says that mamta needs to give some proof, sid asks for sometime to get the proof, the court is adjourned… tanis gets up and leaves… sid goes to mamta and smiles and says that he was nervous as it was his first case… everyone at home are worried about where these people are… akshay goes to sid and tells him that he was shocked that sid trusted mamta and not him.. Sid says that is fighting for the truth, and akshay says that so is he… mamta comes there and thanks sid…

Sid and mamta reach home, vandana is shocked to see Sid in the jacket… sid tells her that he has started his law practice and blesses him that may his first case go well….

They reach home and everyone wonder why was Sid;s mamta's lawyer, akshay says that they have to win the case, they cant afford to loose krish, simran comes there with krish and asks that who will take krish away? Dadi says that krish's mom has filed a case… simran is worried… akshay makes an excuse and she leaves,,, akshay then tells dadi that mamta chose sid as his lawyer because he is her husband….

Krish runs to his room and opens his cupboards, and removes a book and take mamta's pictures and kisses it… (ok, that was the number one scene in the history of Indian television… ) there mamta looks at krish's picture, and sid comes there and brings in some law books for references and explains her the case details, mamta keeps staring at him… sid asks her how did she find out that krish was her kid… mamta is about to talk, just then simran calls sid and tells him that she is on her way but she has to tell me something about akshay which is relaly sad…

Just then tani the snake goes to vandana and tells that mamta is such a nice girl, she even cancelled her honeymoon for her health,,, vandana agrees that she should have realized that mamta and sid have just got married… tani says that mamta may not agree so she should give her a surprise…

Mamta is in the kitchen and is cooking (looking happier than ever)… everyone enjoys the food, but simran is lost in her thoughts, vandana interrupts her and asks her to stop talking, mamaji says that simran is a little too lost in her dreams and is lost outside of the house… mamiji says that she is lost a lot at akshay's place,, vandana agress too… simran says that she needs to talk to her, sid and mamta are worried.. Sid treis to change the topic, but simran goes on… simran hesitates a lot, she says that she likes Krish a lot… and then says, "Actually mom, I am in love with Akshay and wish to get married to him"… mamta and sid are dead shocked…

Everyone is shocked, sid screams at simran, she says that she wishes that atleast sid should understand her, as akshay is hs friend, sid screams at her and asks her to shut up… simran advocates for the marriage, sid says that this cant happen, simran asks him why cant it happen, sid screams at says that its because he said so…. Vandana calms him down and takes mamta and simran in another room…. Simran says that she has said what she had to say, and if akshay was divorced, its because his wife was bad and not him… she goes to mamta and says that atleast she should understand… vadana says that she needs to thnk about this and in mean time she needs to shut up…

Akshay is shokced to know that simran likes him, sid tells him over the phone that its because akshay wants to take revenge, akshay says he wonders what went wrong, sid says that they have ended their friendship, and regarding his goals, he will achienve them….

Krishu is playing with his animals and suddenly his toy falls, and akshay gts up, he thinks that why does he feel that he will loose krish, and now he will do anything for krish and krish is his world… there mamta looks at krishu's picture and says that she will get him soon and they will have a happy world soon…

There sid is working and he keeps reaching for the water, but is busy reading, so mamta gives him the glass… sid smiles at her, and vandana comes there and she is so proud of him, she asks him who is he fighting for? Sid says MAMTA… yes, a mother's love… vandana blesses him… mamta leaves..

Simran takes mamta in her room and asks her if she spoke to Sid, mamta denies… simran tells her that she really loves akshay and krish a lot… mamta asks him who is he… smran says that cutest little devil on earth… mamta remembers some monets spent with krish… mamta asks simran to introduce her to krish, simran agrees… krish looks at mamta's picture and shows it to his toy and then suddenly starts crying loudly(omg, that was a real emotionally scene),, dadi looks at him and is upset…

There mamta suddenly stops and feels that something is wrong… she also tells Sid that he has to lie so much because of her… sid explains that he will bring up the point of akshay not paying attention towards krish.. Mamta pleads him not to do so…

The case starts,,, the lawyer exchange arguments and the judge asks sid to prove that that mamta is krish's mom…. Tanisha leaves from the court room..

Tanisha finds the contract about mamta… tanisha says now she will win…

Sid goes to his mom and asks where is mamaji and mamiji… vandana tells Sid that Titli called today and told them that Vedika lost her kid and mamaji and mamiji have gone to the Raizada family to help them, as Parth is missing… she cries and says that every mom wishes that may her life end, but her kid should be safe… (I know there must some confusion with that… but they showed that Sid's family to be close with Vedika's family .. From Sindoor Tera Naam ka)… mamta goes in running…

the court case has begun... akshay's lawyer says that they cant find the contract papers, yet to plead that mamta should not meet krish... sid objects that before contract is shown they cant do anything... the judge agrees, Sid then interuppts saying that just becuase they cant find the contract papers, doesnt mean that they let krish suffer, the judge aggrees and says that akshay should let mamta meet krish once a week, akshay screams at the lawyer, the judge asks him to calm down and says that if akshay doesnt let mamta meet krish, then a legal action will be taken... mamta is much more than happy... dadi calls akshay and tells him that krish is missing... akshay is dead shocked... mamta over hears that...

Everyone is shocked to know that krish is missing, dadi tells him that she was gardening and left the door open and that time kirsh might have left… mamta screams at akshay, akshay tells mamta that he has enough things to worry about and leaves, mamta cries in front of Sid, Sid calms her down….

Dadi cries and wonders where Krish is… she says that she use to pray everyday and yet, why is God doing something like that to them… akshay's dad says that daymanti shouldn't find out that he is missing…

There akshay, sid and mamta are looking for krish… mamta suddenly runs and screams - KRISH, but its another kid… They are still looking for krish… mamta and akshay run into each other… akshay tells mamta that he knows that mamta took sid, sid asks him to not blame mamta and mamta understands that any small mistake will take krish away from her… mamta says that she doesn't need to prove anything and she will find krish… sid tells that even they hate each other but now they need to find krish, who they love…

Vadana calls Sid and sid tells his mom that Krish is lost… simran comes there and vandana tells her what happened, simran is shocked, vandana leaves and she calls up Akshay, and expresses her condolence, Sid is angry that simran calls, akshay is rude to her too…. They then decide to go the police, they file an FIR… the police asks for the discription of the kid, akshay and mamta simultaneously give the anwers… akshay and mamta suddenly scream - TANISHA… they all go to tanisha and mamta screams that tanisha took her son, tani is shocked…

Tanisha says that she hasn't taken krish, tani pleads that she doenst need krish, so she has no meaning taking him, she says that she has changed, she lost a lot, she cant loose her self respect, she cires in front akshay and hints that mamta took krish, krish screams at her, sid tries to control her and takes her away… akshay tells tani that he will be back.. .tani wonders who took krish…

There we see little krishu walking on the road, smiling and running and staring at the cars,, (he looked cho cute)

Mamta and sid reach home, vandana asks if they found krish, she wonders who took krish, mamta cries and goes in her room… vandana sees that tells that mamta is very sensitive, she cant see anyone in pain….

Its night time, and akshay looks at krish's pic and remembers the moments spent with him… he wipes his tear,, dadi comes there, and asks akshay to cheer up…akshay says that he cant live without his son… dadi wonders where krish is…

Mamta cries a lot, and wonder where krish is,, krish is walking on the road and sees a kid eating bread… sid asks her to clam down and eat something, mamta says that my kid must be hungry, how can I eat? She cries a lot… sid puts his hand on mamta's shoulder and asks her to clam down… krish goes to that kid to tka food, but that kid leaves, suddenly an older person (who's face is not shown) gives krish the bread, krish stares at it…

The lady picks up krish and cries saying that he is lost child and hugs him, krish begins to cry… mamta ses krish calling her, and gets up and runs, but its just her imagnination,, sid calms her down.. Mamta continues to cry, sid assures her that everything will be fine and he will look in the morning… mamta says that she cant sleep…

Akshay screams at the cops over the phone and asks him to find krish soon…dadi asks akshay to take rest, they start crying and getting worried about krish, akshay takes krish's picture and cires…

That lady looks at krish and says that she wont let him go.. Krish smiles at her, pleading her to let him go… (it was the cutest smile ever) the lady locks the door tat she wont let him go… the next day, krishu is sleeping and the lady says that she will go take some food… as soon as she leaves, krishu wakes up (as if he was pretending to sleep) and gets out of the house and leaves…

Simran goes to akshay and puts her hand on akshay's shoulder and tries to console him… simran says that she is upset as well, akshay says that why is she worried for krish, simran says b/c krish is his son and she is in love, akshay asks her to forget this thought, b/c he will never fall in love with anyone again… simran cries and leaves…

Simran and sid keep looking for krish… that lady catches krish again and hugs him and says that she wont let him go and she loves him a lot.. She makes krish dance and plays with him, but he continues to cry… she keeps dancing and he leaves…

(sorry, I missed the rest, but I asked a friend and here is what happened…)

Krishu runs away from that lady, but she catches him… and she tries to hide him in her duppatta… just then akshay, sid and mamta reach there, looking for him, and krish removes the duppatta and says MAMMA… mamta sees him and runs and catches him.. Mamta takes him and leaves, akshay is yet shocked…

Mamta hugs krish and asks krish if he will leave her, krish nods NO… akshay thinks that it's a mother's love that brought them together, and its totally right, how can we hide this relationship? Mamta sees akshay and gives krish to akshay… she cries and then takes krish back and hugs him, Sid says that they should go home, as vandana might wonder where they are… mamta agrees but wishes to go to the temple with krish.. They all go to the temple and pray… krish stand cutely in front of God…

vandana and simran congratulate mamta and says that its because of her that they found krish, vadana syas that mamta will be a good mother, and she should understand that soon, mamta is confused, vandana says that she should make her a dadi now… sid changes the topic and says that why are ther so many clothes here, vandana says that simran is leaving for new Zealand, simran adds that she got into a college for mass communications, sid is happy and leaves, mamta asks simran why is she upset? Simran says that because akshay didn't accept her love, mamta says that she will find her true love…

Akshay goes home and his dad opens the door, akshay looks sad, but then suddenly sid walks in, akshay gives a cute smile and everyone is happy… dadi asks krish where he was? Krish says MAMMA.. Dadi says that it means krish was taken by mamta…akshay says that that's not the case, krish is trying to say something else, and we should thank mamta….

Tani goes to mamta and wonders where krish is, probably someone must have kidnapped him, and cut off his hands and legs and made him beg on the streets, mamta screams at her and says that krish is safe at his father's house.. Mamta leaves, tani thinks that she is going to take her next big step soon…

Akshay and mamta think simultaneously that if one takes Krish, then Krish looses the love of the other parent…

Mamta walks in the court with Sid, and looks at krish… akshay and mamta have a eye contact… the court case began… akshay's lawyer says that mamta is not a good mom, sid objects it, she asks for a proof, sid says that he knew she might change her opinion, so they have conducted a DNA test, the judge asks him to proceed, and akshay's lawyer says that mamta is the surrogate mother, sid says that until they don't find the papers, mamta is still considered as krish's mom… akshay's lawyer says that akshay can provide her with the love of both the parents, sid says that krish was missing for 24 hours, and how can they prove that akshay is a good father… judge calls mamta.. Mamta is scared… akshay gets upset too… mamta goes up, sid asks her if its true that krish was missing, mamta and akshay are both worried… mamta wonders what to do, she looks at krish and akshay and then says Yes, its true, krish was missing… judge says that the court will resume in 30mins after the break..

Mamta tells sid that he shouldn't have done that… akshay comes ther and says that he understood her completely… krish calls mamta, mamta goes to pick him up, but tanisha picks him up...(wearing a pink saree with magalsutra and sindoor) akshay takes krish from tanisha, tani tells mamta that everything is fair in love and war.. and leves.. sid says that she is as wicked as her smile, he never realised what her real plan was when she came home as the wedding planner...

the judge is about to annouce that mamta is krish's mom, just then tanisha comes and says that she has proof that she is krish's mother and not mamta...

Tanisha gives the papers to the judge and says that mamta signed the papers and she has no right, akshay asks tani to keep out of this, tani asks her to keep quite and let it be and she willl handle it, the judge says that it proves that krish is tani's legal son, sid objects that tani and akshay don't live together… the judge says that mamta is krish's real mom, but legally akshay and tani get to keep krish, but provided tani and akshay live together, everyone are shocked, tani screams and says that she will live with akshay prove to be a good mom and a wife, the judge asks akshay what he wants to do, akshay remembers what mamta's mami told him about her character, and then says that he accepts the decision… mamta is heart broken, the judge says that the court is adjourned for the next day, and akshay and tani can take krish home… akshay wonders what tani is upto… mamta is completely broken… (that was the worst thing that mamta had to go thru, gosh i can never forgive that tanisha)

Tani picks up krish and says that she wll live with him and be a nice mom, akshay takes krish away from her, akshay says that he cant trust her, and he just did this for the krish… krish leaves akshay and runs towards mamta, manta picks him, sid smiles, krish wipes mamta's tears, tani is upset… mamta thinks that what a struggle is this.. Akshay goes to mamta and calls krish, he picks krish up and leaves, tani gives a wicked smile, mamta asks him to stop, she says that he blamed her for krish missing, and he used tanisha to get krish, if he would just told her, she would give krish to him, and she would be happy that krish is not near tanisha, tani gets mad, akshay says that he didn't know anything… mamta cries and leaves…. (how can akshay forget that tanisha threw krish from the terrace???)

Sid and mamta asks vandana why is she crying, vandana says that a mother cant live without her child, and now that simran left for new Zealand, she is missing her… mamta cries and leaves… sid says that he will check whats the matter, probably she is missing simran...(she left and we didnt even know???)

Dadi welcomes krish and akshay and is about to shut the door, just then tani opens the door, dadi is shocked…dadi asks her what she is doing her, tani touches her feet and says that she is back in the house, akshay and his dad look upset, tani comes and takes a look around the house, everyone is dead upset.. tani goes up and looks at akshay and says "home, sweet, home" (omg, i am so gonna kill her)

mamta cries and tells sid that why does all of this happen to her?? she hasnt done anything wrong, so why with her? sid asks her to take control of her self, mamta says that how can she be calm? and if God is always with the truth, then why isnt God on her side, sid says that court has yet to give the decision, sid adds that he didnt care about love, life, relationships, and mamta was the one who taught him that.. mamta cries bitterly, she rests her head on sid's shoulder (a real cute scene)

dadi says that she wont tolerate mamta in the house, akshay says that once the situation is under control , he will think what to do, dadi says that she will go cook, tani comes there and says that she will cook for them and his "raja beta" krish.... akshay thinks about what all happened, his dad consoles him.. akshay says that he only did all this for krish... tani comes there and says she knows how to take advantage of the situation...

tani tries to feed krish, krish keeps saying no, and then he drops the food down, tani looks up at akshay and says that "our" krsh isnt eating, akshay asks her to join her name with krish, tani calls everyone to eat, she goes to tani and forces her to eat, some one rings the bell, its akshay's mom(who is changed), on the wheel chair, tani looks at her, and is dead shocked...

Damyanti is speech impaired because of her paralysis. Everyone is concerned but Tanisha is tensed. Damyanti wants to say something about Tanisha but cannot. The Shrivastav's explain to her the reason behind Tanishas' presence in the house. Damyanti looks at her hatefully. Everyone in the Shrivastav house is trying to help Damayanti regain her speech. Damyanti asks for pen and paper. Her attempt to write does not succeed. Tanisha breathes a sigh of relief. Scared Tanisha goes to Damyanti's room. Akshay is explaining how Tanisha came into the house. Damayanti tries to communicate that Mamta is good and Tanisha is the bad one. Akshay pacifies her and leaves and Tanisha enters the room. Tanisha does not find her in the bed turns to leave and in the light sees Damyanti sitting on the chair. This scares her and she rushes out of the room. Akshay wants to go and sleep with Krish; Tanisha stops him reminding him that she is his wife. Akshay threatens her never ever to touch him again. Mamta is upset with Akshay for playing dirty with her by getting Tanisha into the picture. Sid tells her that Akshay will not do so. Krish gets up asking for milk and goes seeking it. Mamta is boiling milk. Krish sees piping hot milk and try's to reach it with a stool. It is about to spill on him when the servant comes in time and grabs the glass preventing it from falling on the child. Vandana comes in time and shuts the gas before the milk boils over. Mamta's thoughts about Krish are broken. Tanisha is chasing Krish with a glass of warm milk, accidentally spills it over Tanisha. She is about to slap him when Damyanti screams stunning everyone.

Daymanti screams and everyone runs towards her, daymanti tells that such a woman should not be allowed in the house and she messed up mamta's life… akshay says that they cant be true, she tells them everything about the lie about mamta's mami and that family, she says that mamta pure… she is only krish's mom… akshay's dad asked that how does she know? Daymanti tells tani to spk to the truth, she adds that it was not an accident but tani tried to kill her.. Akshay gets really upset and takes tani to throw her off the building, but everyone stops him (oh gosh WHY??) tani asks him not to do that, otherwise he will loose the case…

There mamta see;s krish's pic and says that she needs strenght.. Sid says that krish is her strenght and she will win (awww, I love ya sid)…

Dadi asks what to do about Tani? Akshay doesn't know what to do, daymanti gets up, and says that she wants to go to court as she wants to get mamta back in the house, akshay says that mamta is married to sid, daymanti is shocked, akshay says that she is happy in her house, so he'll go to the court alone..

Mamta and sid reach the court, and sid explains her the points of the case and says that he will be back… just then akshay and krish enter, mamta feels their presence and turns back, akshay looks at her and says that one small misunderstanding ruined their life… mamta says is she dreaming? She cant see hatred in akshay's eyes today, something has changed… akshay puts krish down and goes to mamta, mamta turns around… akshay is about to talk, just then tani comes in and says that he will get krish only if she is with him, and they go and sit..

The court precedings start… judge says that he needs to be sure that akshay and tani will be together… tani gets up and says that she is fine with it.. The judge asks akshay, akshay is not sure what to do.. He gets up, and says that he can do anything to stay with his kid, and if the court wants him and tanisha to stay together, then he can give his kid up… (omg, thx akshay… u rock,, finally)

Tanisha screams at him and says that this can happen.. Akshay asks her to shut up, tani says that she will take care of krish, akshay says that she tried to kill his son, how can he let her take care of him? The judge asks him to be calm… he goes up and tells the judge about everything, about how he met mamta, how mamta left the house, and how tani threw him off the terrace… tani looks dead shocked, and mamta couldn't stop crying… akshay gets emotional, he asks the judge to look at krish's nave face and wonder how can anyone kill him? (and krishu is smilling there nicely)… he adds that tani even tried to kill his mom… mamta is shocked… tanisha has no idea what to say… akshay says that if he has to live with this woman, he will be happy that krish stays with his mom… the judge begins writing,, mamta looks at akshay and tani still is dead shocked… akshay goes and sits, mamta cant take her eyes off akshay… and here is the decision:

TANISHA SRIVASTAV IS PRISONED FOR ATTEMPT TO MURDER!!! AND KRISH SRIVASTAV IS GIVEN TO MAMTA… (sorry for the capitals, I'm just too excited)

Tani is dead shocked…. Akshay cries silently (good acting… ) krish applauds… sid is too happy.. Akshay gives a smile and stands up, everyone leave, akshay takes krish and gives him a kiss and gives him to mamta, sid goes to and hugs akshay… akshay leaves… (ok, I just couldn't watch the scene).. Akshay looks back and smiles, and cries and leaves.. Mamta looks at sid and thanks him, sid says that he hasn't done anything and its her love that made them win, they both cry…

Some guy calls sid to sign the case papers… mamta plays with Krish, akshay sees them and says Congrats, mamta says that she will take care of krish, akshay says that he know, krish goes and catch's akshay's legs, akshay silently cries and says that can he take krish for a little while, mamta says that he doesn't need to ask to love krish, akshay takes krish and hugs him tightly and cries bitterly, mamta says that he is still krish's dad and he doesn't need to ask her… akshay looks at her sadly, and looks at krish and gives him to mamta, he looks down and cries and tells mamta to forgive him, he places his hand over krish's head and leaves… (omg… that was really really sad.. .for once I feel really bad for akshay…)

Mamta sid and krish are on their way home, mamta wonders what to tell vandana, sid says that he will think about what to do at home… vandana calls sid up and says that they need to come fast… mamta asks sid again, sid tells her that he knows what to do…they reach home, mamta asks sid what to say? Sid teases her that he hasn't thought about it yet… vandana sees krish and asks who's kid is it? Everyone is scared.. Sid looks at mamta cutely and says that she doesn't need to get nervous and she can tell mom that they have adopted this kid.. Vandana gets upset, sid says that he couldn't let this cute kid suffer, his mama wanted to leave him, and he just couldn't see that… sid picks up krish, and says that look at him, he is so cute… vandana smiles…

Akshay reaches home, he looks at everyone, dadi says.."krish..?" akshay looks sadly and goes in the hall, he has tears in his eyes and says that he has given krish to the one who deserves him.. Everyone is shocked.. Daymanti says that he knew he would do that, but they cant stop their tears… akshay says that krish is with mamta, they can see him anytime… dadi says that its sad that when krish was with them, they behaved so badly with mamta, daymanti says that its their karma… (so true, as u sow u shall reap)

Akshay goes to his room and remembers moments spent with krish, and smiles, and suddenly starts crying… (again, great acting by akshay)

mamta is happy that vandana accepted krish.. sid says that krish is so cute that everyone will begin to love him soon.. mamta thinks that the other house must be so sad, and akshay must be so heart broken.. vandana tells mamiji about krish, she is shocked, vandana says that sid is sentimental... krishu comes there and kisses vandana... at dinner time, sid tries to feed krishu, mamta comes there and says that she got his favourite alu ke pakode.. vandana wonders how did she find out? mamta gets tensed.. sid saves her by telling that in the court they saw a man eating alu ke pakode and krish made a fuss about it... mamta thanks him silently...

akshay wonders how mamta forgived him s easily?daymanti comes there.. akshay tells her that he will not spare the woman who ruined their life...

the court case for tanisha starts...(more court room drama) tani's lawyer calls akshay to the witness box... tani tries to correct her self, she said that she didnt throw krish down, he "accidntly" slipped from her hands.. akshay says that he caought krish... tani's lawyer asks akshay if he saw krish being thrown by tanisha, akshay protests but then says NO.. daymanti is asked, she informs about the incident, tanisha says that she was in the temple, how could she kill her? daymanti says that she couldnt see who was in the car.. the judge says: tanisha is free, as there is no evidence..

Mamta plays with krish in the garden, sid comes there, and he remembers mamta put her head on his shoulder, and suddenly comes back to reality, and thinks that mamta is as beautiful as her heart….. Sid turns back and sees vandana and mamiji, they wonder how krish is so close to mamta, sid looks at them and smiles, sid goes to mamta, and lifts krish, and they all three play… (family number one)

Akshay gets out of the court, tani comes there and says that she wont spare them, akshay asks her to leave and that he wil not forgive her, akshay's dad says that she will be punished by God, who knows the truth…

Akshay comes to mamta's house, akshay asks if he can come in, mamta invites him n, he apologizes for coming back so soon, krish sees him and run towards him… krish calls him PAPPA… vandana reaches there, she asks him why did krish call him pappa? Does krish know him? Sid comes there and says its child psychology, he doesn't know who his dad is, but probably resembles his dad… vandana says that he is a orphan, and that's why he wants his parent's love… akshay is upset… mamta thinks that its such a bad fate that krish is beng treated like an orphan..
