That's a really tough question :-\
I want JYJ to get rid of SME forever and get all the damages cost from them. Be able to promote in Korea again and live their lives freely. Once they do that, hopefully HoMin can see that getting out of SME and be able to stand up again on your own is not impossible. I would like HoMin to quit SME and join forces with JYJ. It may be hard for them to continue using their band name, DBSK, but I am sure fans will support them in whatever they do. However, I have a strong feeling Yunho isn't going anywhere. I mean, he won't quit SME anytime soon. Or at all. Changmin won't either. So, to me, it's a long wait. For us to see any sort of bond between JYJ and HoMin again. Too many things have been said, too much time has passed. With the members' military service enlistment coming up in near future, it's going to be a long time before (if) they come back together. At this point, it doesn't seem possible.
What do you think?

Have you guys ever thought about the fact that its not just SME that wants to stop JYJ promoting? I mean think about it, the whole music industry think that JYJ betrayed SME and caused a big scandal. If they let them succeed then other artists might do the same. The industry hides alot of stuff that we dont know about and this happening caused aot trouble. I dont condone how JYJ are being treated but I think its happening to protect a multi million pound industry.

I mean look at Johnny's Entertainment, their CEO was in a huge scandal but it got pretty much buried and the victims were blamed. Scandals and what not are everywhere but only a small amount sneak through to the public.

As for JYJ and HoMin getting back together I dont think we can truly know whether they will get back together or not. Shinhwa got out from SME and are back together so if they do want to be DB5K they can wait for their contract to end

it surely is a long wait...

Aaliyah..so shinwa's member all quit SME at once or some members quit and soon the other members followed?
then we cant rule out the possibility that homin might follow jyj and get rid off SME and live happily ever after as dbsk5.

but as Jahn said i doubt yunho would ever go against SME..his face shows that he is livid with jyj for betraying SME...
we may speculate about various aspects...but what the truth is...we never know...
May be jyj was at fault and homin did right to stay back...just a neutral opinion...i doubt the fans would ever be able to know the actual ultimate truth.

Swaha: Shinhwa members all quit at once because after their contract with SM ended, they could renew the contract but SM only wanted to sign Eric and not the group so, he rejected the offer as he didn't wanna go solo so, the group left for another entertainment. There was a lawsuit regarding the name, SM didn't let them use the name and this was taken to court but Shinhwa won.

But the thing is, Shinhwa had 5yr contract.. Why do DBSK have 13 yr contract?!!..

As a fan, I really hope HoMin leave SM and join JYJ with the same name DBSK, that'll be ideal but given the time passed, all that's been said and done, I doubt that'll happen any time soon.

Aaliyah, because I wasn't aware of Kpop back then, all I know is what I've read in articles and other people's opinions from all sides. Like you are saying, some of them did blame JYJ to abandoning SME and DBSK. However, how much they must have gone through for them to take these steps while they were part of Asia's top band at the time is something we do not know. And vice versa with SME. But at this point, it's all about whether JYJ's exclusive contract with SME will be terminated and they be paid for the damages or not.

The contract has an exclusive hold on the members for 13 years which does NOT include their two years in military. So, basically, 15 years. They have to fulfill so many conditions every year (album production, promotions, concerts etc.) with hardly any personal time-off and asking to be paid more fairly is only understandable. The part where JYJ went wrong is they didn't let HoMin know about their decision to file a lawsuit. Maybe they could've come up with something together.

Shinhwa's case was different. Their contract had already ended and they just didn't want to sign another one unless SME let all members be together. Just like SS501. So they left.

The reason JYJ should be able to free themselves of SME is because very clearly, the two can never be at peace with each other to be able to work together. Like I said previously, too much has been done and said.

Swaha, you are absolutely right. We don't know what the actual truth is. Our opinions and beliefs are based on what we hear from articles and news online. It's harder for international fans even more because they do not know what exactly goes on in that country. What the laws really are.

As far as Yunho is concerned, honestly speaking, from what I've been able to find out about him ever since is that he holds on to his commitments. It's like he "religiously" stays loyal to them.

Sasaeng fans install CCTV in the parking lot of Park Yoochun's home

It seems as though idol group JYJ's sasaeng fans are at it again.

The screen captures above surfaced on an online community site on July 10th with the title, 'The CCTV sasaengs installed in the parking lot of Park Yoochun's home.'

There have been multiple reports of JYJ's privacy being brutally invaded by sasaeng fans in the past, and this CCTV installment came as a another shock to the public.

In the screen caps, Yoochun himself seems to suspect the presence of sasaeng fans, as he hides behind the walls to carefully scan the area before heading inside. Seeing him be so afraid even in his own home broke the hearts of many fans everywhere.

"This gives me goosebumps," netizens wrote after seeing the photos, along with "So scary!", and "This has got to be a crime."
