It's very important to exfoliate your hands. I'll give you a recipe: mix together sugar, honey, lemon juice and egg yolk. After you've exfoliated, apply generous amounts of warm hand lotion, heating it in a bowl of hot water. It doesn't have to be expensive; you could use vitamin E cream.
