As to why they nid to Wear the cap while interrogatin her

I was even worried for Gautam as The light Bulb was near to Gautam it wil hit Gautam's Head 😆

I guess they wear caps to Protect Demselves 😆

Its used like helmet as helmet is used as safety so Caps r used for safety
