My fav dish which i cook or like to cook is Basin ki subji its my fav from childhood so love to cook that its easy 😃

besan ka aata nahi pata gram flour woh spelling mistake hogayi sorry😆
dehko ek kadai lo usme oil dalo phir cumin seeds aur curry leaves or uske pehle make butter milk ek pathile mein as per your wish i make half the patila 😆 aur usme besan ka aata dalna 4-5 table spooon and mix nicely and pour in the kadai and stir welll and stir karte karte woh thick hoga and bubbles aayenge and stir till aata it cooked😃 and it will be yellow in colour
