A lot of people are saying he is but I have a feeling its not but you will never know with Ekta she brought him back in Koi Dil Mein Hai in another role so she might do the same for Kkusum.But i hope he is.

i heard it from this forum and then again it could b just like kdmh im sure i posted this same message abt the kdmh thing u know when sahil comes? we all think its arjun but its not! man i hope its reelly him if he does come and i hope that they have purva in it!
