Very true , I agree 100% with ani, if it was regional voting(we all know not much voting from south), Karu would've gone out long back(may be even Piano round).

Please yaar I don't believe there is any kind of regionalism in voting, some amount of apna ghar ka bachha is fine, and I totally salute Bikaner for voting for its son. Nothing wrong with that.

karunya was lucky that he had sonu nigam behind him, because sonu knows that without begging a lot karunya would not have made it this far.

Comments Sandeep got from Mr. Anu Malikk was verii unfair. he said Karu is winner befor it evn started! he wuz talkin bout his smile not evn his perofrmance.which i thought wuz wierd. I dont think Sandeep was THATT off surr in hsi songs and Sonu and Farah also thought he wuznt that off sur. i can hear i know.

The TV stars were there to encorage BOTH contestatns..but all they said was VOTE FOR KARUNYA. atelast one shud say vote 4 karu, one can say vote 4 sandeep ..ukno?

if teh tv stars know that karunya is better, then why should you make them say sandeep is.

sandeep should take those comments to his heart, and improve and sing better.

I totally agree with you Zee, Karunya got the comments he deserved. But Anu Malik was very harsh on Sandy and even I felt bad.

Amey's is the saddes ouster Ronnie , next comes Meenal and Monali in my openion, but I don't know if I would call that regionalism, I think Amey voters might have relaxed just a little that week as they must've thought, Amey sang so beautiflly(his satrangire was unbelievable, still rings in my ears) and won't be out. I think Anuj and Sandy fans must have gotten busy as they didn't get very positive responses.

Its all about fans not voting enough Ronnie not regionalism.

Karunya is not overrated, he is only getting the comments he deserves. Sandeep did not do well in the last gala, his performance was far from being close to professional by any standards, hence the comments from the judges.
But he seems to be getting votes in large numbers in spite of his relatively poorer performances and judges coming down hard, so it shouldn't matter.
