Arundhati walk up on stage and makes a speech. She mentions how Gulmohur will be the first Indian Company to be graded which will really be a big thing for Gulmohur. She calls out Malika and looks confident about Malika work. She welcomes her on stage. Ruby mom and Bindiya insist that Jassi should go on stage. That what is happening is wrong. Jassi leaves the room. The financer asks puru where Armaan is. Puru makes up an excuse that he is not well. And Malika goes on stage. She really looks in a bad condition. She just stares at the crowd in the beginning. Meanwhile Armaan still hasn't come to Gulmhur instead he goes to the beach. He remembers when he was small how his father uses to win the race with him but at the end of every race his father use to tell him that a day will come when Armaan will run even faster than him. He remembers all the trust his father has put on him. When Jassi leaves the room she sees Raj. Raj can't understand that why Armaan is late. That it would have been no surprise if he had been late but Armaan is never late for such things. Raj also curses at Aryan for starting the mess by giving the presentation to Malika to handle it. Jassi says that it doesn't matter as long as Malika does a good job. Raj then tells Jassi how nervous Armaan was last night & that he has never seen Armaan this nervous. Jassi starts to worry.
Meanwhile in the boardroom Malika thinks about Armaan. She remembers how he had proposed to her and their engagements. She says "hi" to the guests. Then she does a mike testing. Which didn't impress the financers at all. Aryan thinks how important this chance is and he hopes that Malika won't blow it away for them. But Malika wants to blow it away. She takes some more pills right in front of everybody. Then starts talking about how Armaan had proposed to her right there and how he broke up with her. Arundhati is ready to faint and Puru looks really disappointed. The financer doesn't look impressed. Malika continues talking all the rubbish in the world, which she shouldn't be talking now. The financers look speechless while Arundhati is shock. We see Armaan again having his childhood flashbacks. He remembers once how he was jumping to catch the leaves of a tree but never was able to reach the tree. So his dad came and helped him. He remembers all the talks he had with his dad. Like about how his dad trust him and will always be there for him. Meanwhile in the boardroom Malika ends her speech by saying that a company shouldn't be graded. It is a human who should be graded so that people would treat them the way they deserve. Arundhati thinks then how Gulmohur has lost its chance of being graded. Then she sees the screen where the presentation was being projected and she sees Jassi's name and realizes the truth.
Aryan takes his sister outside the room. Malika is half crying now. The financers apologize to Puru but Puru stops them and say that he should be one saying sorry. The financers then tell Puru that there is no way that they can grade the company seeing this presentation but Arundhati stops him. She asks him to give her five-minute so she could bring the real person who can do a better a job. She runs out of the room looking for Jassi. A breathless Arundhati stops Jassi who is just leaving Gulmohur. Arundhati tell her not asks any questions and take her to the boardroom. Jassi is shocked but she still does the presentation. And she really does it well. The financers look impressed. After she is finished, she comes down the stage. Puru thanks her. He tells her that he should give Gulmhur to her as people he trusts has let him down. Jassi is about to say something when the financers come to them.
They have decided that Jassi presentation was excellent but judging on their performance in the beginning they can't grade the company. Jassi asks them to please rethink but they repeat the same thing and also mention how Jassi's seniors are not responsible enough. Arundhati also asks them to give them one more chance, as she knows it is partly her fault but they say no clearly. As it also depends on their reputation and they have to think professionally. The financer tell Arundhati that she should learn a lesson from all this. And know that looks are not important but a person's skill and talent. Arundhati looks ashamed. Meanwhile Armann finally decides to come when he remembers that he had promised Jassi that he would help her with the presentation. When he enters Gulmohur he sees the financers leaving and then he prays in his heart hoping that all has went well.
He enters the room. Puru is sitting quietly while Jassi is standing nervously. Armaan goes and asks his dad about the presentation. Puru tells him that the presentation was a disaster and that he has never been so embarrassed in his life. And then he asks armaan to leave him alone. Armaan thinks then that he will never be able to tell the truth to his dad now.
