Hi. My question to is.... Why is Lollywood called lollywood???

It sounds so weird. 😆 😆 😆 lollypop 😆 😆 lollywood.... lollyland...lollytan... 😆 ...lollyrot.....lollybob.... 😆 lollyrap.... 😆 n lollymusic 😆 😆

Why is it called Lollywood???

lol..yaa i dun like da name "lollywood" rither...hehe....well i guess since i india's film industry is mainly in bombay itz "bollywood" so since pak tries 2 hard 2 copy thm and loose itz oown kewlness 😡 ...since pak'z main film industry is in lahore so "lollywood" and all this wood was started by USa and der "hollywood"

lets suggest name to lollywood..umm i think its name should b kollywood from karachi 😆 😆 pollywood from peshawar or mollywood from multan...am i creative or wat 😆 😆

Well...."bollywood" isn't an original composition either. If we can call bollywood, bollywood cause its in Bombay, then we can call lollywod, lollywood cause its in Lahore. Simple as that. The only one that sounds better and IS actually better is Hollywood. I don't know why everyone always has to copy Hollywood, first the name, then the movies...God knows what's next???!?!?! 🤢
