Indian Idol is in the news once again. After the suprising yet devastating exits of talented singers Amey Date and Antara Mitra, this season just never stops shocking viewers The shock value in Indian Idol has always been here. Wheather it was the shocking Top 12, where the people who were expected to enter the top slots--didnt! Today once again, Indian Idol viewers will be in shock! Contestant Anuj Sharma has withdrawn from the competition. Apparently insiders claim he could not take the stress and humiliation brought upon him. The Indian Idol website have received many fan letters in which most of them claim, Anuj is not worthy of the competition. The judges are in total shock and don't know what to say "If Anuj feels that way, then that is his misunderstanding, If Amey has no problems with leaving, why does Anuj have to create a big scene?" Claimed Contestant Antara Mitra It doesnt end there, another contestant Sandeep Acharya says, he will not take part in the competition unless he deservingly gets into the Top 2. "I really have no words, I dont know what kind of confusion there is in this season, We may have started on a wrong note. I think we should hold a havan for the show next time. Said Idol Judge Sonu Nigam N.C Karunya another contestant, is least worried about this. Infact Karunya's suggestion is that since Sandeep and Anuj are leaving, Amey and Antara should be brought back.
Infact, the judges had made a very wrongful decision by allowing Anuj Sharma in! According to the format, Neha Kakkar(who was eliminated that day) should have been kept back.
