Mihir Supports Tulsi in Court!😃
Tulsi says that she is outside court and asks Shantaram where he is. He says he is in the garden outside the court. Shantanu turns out to be Meera's lawyer. Meera taunts Tulsi, and says that today Mihir will testify against her in court, and then her driver can drive Tulsi to jail.
In the courtroom, Meera goes through her points in front of the judge agian. Meera says that it has been proven that Tulsi has killed Savita. The drunk lawyer( Vijay , thats what his name is na? ) says that Tulsi has not killed Savita but given her Mukti. Meera says that it is a known fact that ever since Tulsi stepped into Shantiniketan,she has hated the Virani's. She has , not only killed Savita, but also a beautiful relationship--that of a saas n a bahu. She says that it won't be fair if they let Tulsi of so easily and that she should recieve a death sentence.
In jail, Mandira tells another prisoner, Rama, that she should move to another cell, since her good friend Tulsi is moving into the one Rama is currently in. Mandira says that together,Nandini, Tulsi n herself will have loads of fun, and they are all big time criminals. Nandini hears this from behind Mandy.
Baa prays to Thakurji for Tulsi's victory. The judge says that it has been proven that Tulsi has killed Savita which is why....Vijay interupts, he says that their are always 2 sides to a case, and he would like to present the other side to the court. The judge gives him permission to do so. He says that Tulsi was going through a tough phase emotionally,Tulsi was very very worried when she brought Savita to the hospital. He calls a witness, a nurse from the hospital to prove his point.
His second witness is Savitas friend Smita. VJ asks what Savitas condition was like when Smita met her at the hospital.Smita said that Savita was in a very bad state. Nothing could improve her health, and the pain was too much for her to bear. Meera asks Smita whether Savita asked her to kill her or not. Smita says that Savita didnt say anything like that to her. Meera says that this means that Savita didnt want to die.Smita obejects, and says that Savita did want to die, but she asked Tulsi to do the job for her because only someone who loved her as much as Tulsi had the strength to giver her Mukti. Smita says that she knows how difficult it was for Tulsi to do what she did,but Savita being stubborn wouldnt take a 'no' for an answer,so Tulsi want left with much of a choice.
VJ presents some medical rewports which prove that Savita was paralysed, and that even the most advanced form of science couldnt get her back to her normal self again. If not Tulsi, then Savita would have gotten som1 else to do the deed.Meera says that although Savita did need Mukti, Tulsis intentions behind giving Savita Mukti were not pure.
Meera says that now she wants to call upon the witness box ,a person who knows Tulsi the most, who can tell everyone about the relationship which Tulsi and Savita had---Mihir. Meera asks Mihir whether Tulsi can stoop to any level for revenge? Mihir says that Tulsi can cross all limits---for the betterment of her family. mihir says that he knows Tulsi very well, and he can assure everyone that Tulsi hasnt killed Savita for her selfish reasons,but because she loved her. He says that although Savita and Tulsi did fight,it wasnt beacause they hated each other, it was because they had different points of view, and when both of them understood each others points of view eventually, everything fell into place. He says tha tTulsi can not kill any1..and it would be wrong to punish Tulsi.
MONDAY : Vijay says that the court can now give whatever punishment they want to give Tulsi, but it would be only fair to keep in mind that this decisionm will go down in history,and its a matter of life and death for TUlsi.
