Rati Pandey Rati Pandey, otherwise known as Nupur of Miley Jab Hum Tum, won a lot of hearts. So much so that the episode in which she died got the highest ratings and the show lacked punch after her demise. The tall, leggy, lass has a model's body and is pretty to boot. These days she is playing Hitler Didi. We love this Hitler. She dictates, but on the hearts of males. Even her anger has a coating of charm and subtle attractiveness. She is sexy and suave at the same time.
