Nice topic...I think this trp r very virtual thing to measure a soap's popularity...bcoz it is only giving u the results of viewers who r in india..I m nt in India...I love this show and this is the only show that I follow...I hv read that there r many posts regarding why is nt the love track of Khushi and Arnav will be started ...but for me it takes time to realize ur feelings for the person u hate..in my opinion they shud also take the poll from this forums where the international viewers r included wid TRPs..

absolutely agree with you. Ipkknd deserves the best - top most position. this is the only show i watch - watch mainly for barun and sanaya - and simply love it.

but LA-ASR tarck is really depressing. my colg frnds and relatives stop watching it bcoz of LA track...i m also. yesterday i watched it after i week and thank god there was no BLAH

I'm surprised that its out of the top ten, its the best serial on TV right now. I think the current track will increase the ratings, the story is progressing instead of dragging. Arnav and Khushi may finally acknowledge their feelings for each other

Thanks 4 the topic. I personally dont concur with some ppl who say that IPKKND is the best & dont know how ppl watch other shows etc etc etc. That's like sweeping litter under the carpet rather than really removing it. Something akin 2 ostrich burying its head under sand.

IPKKND caters to a specific audience, teenagers & non-behenji ladies who love romance with a dash of spice. This show is definitely not a family drama with bahus & kitchen politics which is watched by the entire family. A love story with sizzling chemistry between the leads (the almost kiss flustered even married women like me & made us blush) cant b viewed by the entire family. This means the show caters to a niche audience. When the audience base is fixed the writers s'd b careful coz if they lose even a few loyal viewers TRPs ll dip coz they cant attract new viewers frm the family drama stream. Following r the reasons y loyal viewers r slowly leaving this show:

1. Ppl like me r fine with ASR fighting his feelings & not confessing 2 Kushi. But at the same time its irritating to see the same ringa ringa roses low aukat dialogue - insult - hurt - regret - b sweet 2 her - then again insult - hurt . Hope u understood.
2. Intelligent working women like me hate this training BLAH 2 b sanskari stuff sheer Bull shit. Cant modern, educated women b decent. Less clothes = Loose morals????? Non cooking skills = Bad Girl????? etc etc. Its an insult 2 educated women who otherwise w'd like 2 watch mature love stories.
3. No solid reason for LOVE or HATE established till now in the story line. Come on 2 b v honest wat has KKG really done 2 make ASR fall head over heels in love or vice versa. So it comes across more as a physical attraction rather than true love. Also till ASR's past is revealed this HATE concept just doesnt carry weight.
4. KKG's OTT CHAMKELI acts get on the nerves of many ppl in my office including me. These days even girls frm small villages or towns dont act so silly. I know many ppl in this forum like this so-called innocence but it doesn't work for many ppl like me.
5. Aft so many intense encounters the leads still dont know what they feel towards each other. Come on gimme a break. These days the things that kids in school r up to ll make us cringe & these 2 folks dont know. I am k if they show them realizing their feelings & fighting those feelings & not confessing it to others or each other but KKG's & ASR's inner monologues asking why do i feel like this towards him/her is frankly vs stupid & annoying. How can they b clueless bt their own feelings. Everytime ASR sees Kushi's tears, closes his eyes & says y does her tears affect me like this i feel like slapping him. Every time Madam Kushi sees ASR-LA together & cries, then wails 2 her Devi Maiyya Hey DM y do i feel bad rather than happy i feel like clobbering her on that dense head though i doubt if it ll break that thick skull.
6. Anjali's & LA's dumbness. How can they b so blind towards the betrayal by their respective lovers. Everytime ASR undresses Kushi with his eyes & still these dimwits r clueless.
7. Again & again KKG going 2 RM under the LA training pretext is v silly & annoying!
8. None of the women including those wet socks Payal & Garima being independent but always clinging & weeping. Sheesh what a mob.
9. Shyam's stupid track. I mean y did he fall in love with Kushi since many times i feel Anjali in sari is prettier than chamkeli in her pom-poms. Now that GUPTAs & Raizadas r friends how the hell does he plan 2 marry Kushi & keep it a secret. How the hell does no1 in the Raizada clan including our darling Mr I am always Right ASR believe that a loser lawyer spends more time away frm home than a business tycoon who never goes 2 his office.
10. Last & most important of all no matter how much the blind fans here try 2 justify it i just cant forgive ASR & Kushi for using & abusing LA for their convenience. At least ASR is a BAD ASS but wats with our OH I AM INNOCENT AS THE DRIVEN SNOW heroine KKG. Not once does she feel/show an ounce of guilt for desiring her so-called friend's BF. If she is really a true friend of LA rather than pushing both LA & ASR into marriage she ll 1st sit & talk 2 LA. Ask her probing, introspective questions. Does she LA really love ASR, does ASR really love her etc etc etc. I am sorry but KKG is not a true friend & ASR is not a true lover. Forget bt Shyam even the leads r betraying other's trust!

I can go on & on but then dont want too many hate mails. I watch this dumb show only for Barun & sometimes even he is not enuf 4 me 2 tolerate NandKishore, SHAMEU, wet sock Payal, Oh I am dumb chamkeli KKG, Dumber LA, Dumbest Anjali.

hey fary! i too love da present track and fabulous episodes but when it comes to TRP, im not very much helpful since im an international viewer and my viewership doesn't get counted for this rankings
