The episode began with Garima still Jawing about finding life partners , getting happiness after marriage .. while a listless Khushi moves her lips in a semblance of a smile while the eyes remain pained and lost ..Garima turns to look at payal and brings up her marriage talks too, leading to a walkout from Payal..Khushi hastens after her..Both the sisters promise to be open and honest , all the while hiding the secrets in the matters of heart ..
In the RM Anjali has become a staunch supporter of PAYASH and has begun to guide Akash in his pursuit of Payal ..I can just feel Shyam's bechaini when he is unable to get Anjali to break up PAYASH alliance [ if ever he thinks of Anjie baby route] cux Anjali once fixes some idea in her black box , never lets go of it come hell or highwater..actually hell or highwater dono issike paas hai in the form of Shyam ..the only recourse is Khushi, who may feel Shyam is right but will back down once she comes to know Payalia loves Akash ...
Khushi comes to the doors of RM and literally well almost literally flies into the drawing room of the Raizadas on the wings of ecstasy of La..and if one thought she was deliriously ecstatic about her impending union with Arnav , then one were headed towards crashing disappointment , like a child who had been promised a trip to a carnival.. who begins to plan on sitting one N number of rides ..La begins to make plans on fripperies, like dresses , mehendis and not a nano second is given to think about her future life ..yet with a rare insight, she unerringly pinpoints the essential difference between herself and Khushi. A trait which captivated and holds ASR in Khushi's thrall..La confides that she can never ever take on ASR cos she is a scaredy cat while Khushi stands up to him like a Tigress .. Meanwhile La is blabbering on about all izz well that ends well but Khushi's heart is crying out it is so not well with her mind constantly projecting back to the Tajmahal, her denial, his grabbing and condition !! .. Man main ladoo phoot rahi aur keh raha hai, faraq padtha hai, padrahaa hai aur padega ...
Pretty soon the Ladies are immersed in selecting jewels for the ceremony ..each of their personal worries bundled and kept away while they relax trying out various ornaments ..Khushi busily occupied with planning, completely lulled by the knowledge that Arnav will not be at home when the outer door bangs and in walks ASR , springing upon a startled prey what a strategy , sirjee..pehle allow ur target to relax, lull them into false complacency and then shock them into blurting out the truth, which is what Khushi did when she exclaims that Arnav was not supposed to come .. Arnav's face lightens immediately on hearing this , he swiftly demands to know 'Tumhe kya faraq padtha hai.. to which Khushi has no answer !! a ghost of smile, a tinge of happiness in Arnav' cos he understands that he disturbs Ms.Gupta.. his presence se kuch faraq padtha hai Khushi ke seene main ..and Arnav walks away leaving Khushi frayed at the edges * Bechari has a week more to endure this **
The Raizada clan are sitting in a line on the couch like a bunch of freezing birds gathered together for warmth on a telephone wires ..Arnav is on his kaliberry conducting his day to day running of his empire while the ladies are trying various ways of spending his fortune ..the women are trying out various designs ..Anjali picks out a ring , shows it off to Arnav seeking his opinion , An absent minded Arnav busy in his business transactions nods his head in assent.. A happy Anjali chirps out that the the ring was selected by Khushi.. the moment he hears KHUSHI, his ears perks up, he shoots daggers at her effrontery on choosing a ring instead of telling him mujhe faraq padtha hai...he takes one piercing look at Khushi,suggesting Ahha Khushi , so this is ur pasand, well it now officially becomes my unpasand , shant make ur life so easy my darling ..he vetoes the ring , demands to see other designs , turns to look sharply at the effect his announcement has made on Khushi ... Meanwhile La n Anjie baby decide to try out few neck pieces n rings and depart leaving the line clear for the two love lorn birds..There they sit on the couch like a newly married ppl. individuals who have just become a couple separated by a distance , a distance which can be reduced instantly but with both of them stubborn enough not to make the first move .. Arnav does not lose a moment , he instantly turns and glances at Khushi, his searching glance seeking to find a whiff of love , his expectant eyes endeavoring to find traces of lingering affection ..His intense scrutiny unnerves Khushi ..she begins to fidget..Arnav turns away only for Khushi's searchlight eyes to fixate on him..her eyes longing to be with him but having to maintain this enforced distance ..both mentally and physically
what I loved about this was Arnav's total indifference to the Girl's excitement as they were selecting jewelery, his total absorption in his mobile , not even sparing a look to see what La had selected but the moment L and Anjali leave, The mobile is forgotten, his empire is forgotten and he just focuses on Khushi, ignoring everything n everyone..
A Shop assistant come and shows a necklace set to Khushi who politely refuses it, [ watched intently by Arnav ] .. The sales man persists despite Khushi's steadfast refusal.. leading to increased BP in Arnav , perhaps a possessive streak in him awakening when the man refuses to leave Khushi's side.. A restlessness in Arnav as the sales person praises the necklace, urging khushi to try it .. well, Arnav did not like any man near Khushi at all.. was it being protective of her, wanting to stop her from being harassed ... kyunki, Arnav ko Khushi ki har ek ahsas se faraq padtha hai ..
But can there be a women who will not succumb to the lure of gold..Khushi unconsciously looks longingly at a simply designed necklace , her tense face softening in a smile..The ever sharp sales assistant correctly interprets Khushi's look.. pick up the piece Khushi liked and offers it to her.. with Khushi again rejecting it...and with La calling Khushi, Khushi leaves to help Lavanya... Arnav who was attentively watching sales man's interaction with Khushi, picks up the jewel set that Khushi liked.. buys it instantly.. Holding it in his arms,,Arnav walks towards Khushi and La .. He hands the jewel box to a startled Khushi ..who is afraid to make any assumptions .. Arnav picks up the necklace , holds it against Khushi's neck [ far away ] admiring at the vision she presents in his minds eyes yet his eyes holding a ruthless gleam .. a hardness of wanting her to know how it feels when a expectation is not met, when a glimpse of heaven is shown and is forcibly shut ..Arnav all the while deadlocked into Khushi's face, calls out to la, and puts the necklace around her neck .. A delighted La hugs Arnav who return her hug almost indifferently, his brown eyes never leaving Khushi's face as Khushi quietly writhes in anguish .. A ruthless ASR , his eyes burning in a zealous ardor steps closer to Khushi and delivers that line which has wounded him deeply..wanting desperately to hurt her,,, yet feeling her hurt 1000 times magnified...wanting her greatly but stubbornly refusing to yield, aware of her, her emotions deeply but pretending to ignore her very existence ..Such is the case of tormented man called ASR ..
