What are they really attracted by in eachother?

I have just recently started watching this serial. I don't quite understand?
According to the serial they only met each other for 3- 5 days? How did they fall in love with each other? I don't know if ashutosh also loves her, but can see he likes her company! And what about naithi?

opposites attract. :) i think she caught his eye in the hospital with her...unusual behavior...for her i think his reactions were what attracted her to him...he's strict...he's got principles...and I think when he returned her earrings to her..it opened a door in her heart that had been closed...and that feeling developed that maybe she's been wrong abt him...he is not "khaddus" ...and somehow his words seemed to have a great impact on her...his authoritative style...at home ppl have to deal with her attitude but Dr. A was strict, it was diff for her...at the wedding things just got accelerated...& then with the rain scene...things have just been slowly progressing...she's attracted to him ...and we live in a world where ppl believe in love at first sight...so i dont think an attraction is so shocking...

as for her...she makes him smile...puts him at ease...surprises him, shocks him...annoys him but then she's so honest, blunt, bubbly & beautiful that he enjoys her company...for him it's just a liking...friendship right now...he likes being around her...she's diff than Mallika...she is interested in what he likes...she's a stranger..he finds it easy to communicate with her ...she's taken an interest in him which is diff. than Mallika's...Mallika wants him to fill the void in her life...Nidhi is just so attracted to him...she wants to know abt HIM...she's what's missing in his life...JOY...

thnks for answering! Yes it's easy for a girl to fall for a man who is independ, has reputation and status, yet still down to earth! I want to know what will ashutosh like about her that he will fall for her!

Ashutosh is also a bit mysterious...he's not open...I'm sure he makes her curious...to get closer...know him more...learn what makes him happy & sad...

I think he'll fall for her because she'll take away his pain...give him hope...help him reconnect with the beauty of life...in fact she will become his life...😊

yes they have chemistry...despite their differences...they'll have enough in common to live a happy life...she's willing to change for him...she wont be so rigid ...she'll bend & do whatever it takes to make him happy...she's actually quite submissive to him...which she is not even with her own family...😳
