Todays episode 9.5/10! It had a tight grip! Played out exactly like how it was supposed to...screaming agony due to a rash decision that was just made...The pain even managed to curb the enthusiasm that nani, Anjali, La and mami had... As soon as Arnav made the decision and announced it...all he cared about what how Khushi will react to it...She was of course, completely heart borken for reasons that she had not even had time to digest...but something broke inside her when she heard the announcement...and the guards went up...A false smile and pretense took over... She wanted to run out...get away from it all...but La came after her...sensing something was terribly wrong...asking her point blank...isn't Khushi happy for her ...for La? Khushi had no choice but to hide her confusion/ pain ...and put on a bold face...hugging La, congratualting her...congratulaing everyone in the family distributing sweets... Thats when she made a decision...not to chase a question that she had been completely snubbed on...Decided to not even look at Arnav when she passed him...He was the one...left to face the consequence of the decision he made...It slowly started to sink in...this decision goes much beyond Khushi's reaction to it...mamiji quickly suggesting Khushi is not needed at RM any more...Khushi pretending that nothing else matters but the fact that she succeded in her job that she was hired for...So it was Arnav who was left holding the bag...

He did try to recover...first by getting angry at nani who was trying to fix a date quickly...saying he agreed to get married but not to get married tomorrow...going after Khushi to give her a ride after she left insisting that she did not need one...

He wanted to talk about the payal in the car...about Khushi's question desperately trying to take Khushi back to where they left off prior to the wreck he made...but it was too late... Khushi was the one in her shell now...she pretended it did not matter any more...it was not a big issue any way...Poor Arnav was so frustrated he asked her to get out of the car...but fortunately they were right in front of her house this time...Never the less hurting her more...

More pressure from Buaji on Khushi...More internal turmoil for Arnav...Precap has him coming back to return her purse that she left behind in his car...so when I said poor Arnav was left holding the bag...it was true in more than one sense!😊

All in all...the story played out exactly as it was pitched...in the promos...Both in love but separated partly by choice partly how the events played out...Very Intense indeed!

This was a very well done episode...which left you wanting...Brilliant job!!

It WAS painful to watch them both break down inside as they tried to put on that fake front...glad Khushi tried to close her chapter with ASR in the car today - they are both so aware of each other, and yet so afraid ...story is progressing well...I know Buaji and Shyamu are vital ingredients to the storyline, but I will be gulping them down hurriedly...

even i enjoyed the episode...khushi's behaviour was just what i would liked her to do...smile in front of the family...but she also showed her tears (though not on purpose)...when he dropped her home...

And Arnav...slowly he is realizing the enormity of his rash and hasty decision...but what was his first thought...was it that he will have to get married now or was it that he won't be able to be with Khushi...i couldn't understand that...the way he went after her to drop her home, i assumed it must be the later...and slowly he will realize that she is further slipping away from him...

would love to see this track...even though it will hurt us as well...alongwith them...

I must say, it was soothing to read your post. 😃

Since yesterday its been so gloomy on the forum (not to mention all the bashing and counter-attacks and all...Yikes!).

Has the power in your area been restored? How're the conditions there now? Hopefully you're able to go back to your home now? Do take care and stay warm!

An intense episode today.

Khushi and Arnav, both suffering and hurting... It was painful to watch them like that. And Khushi putting up a facade of being happy and chirpy and bubbly just tugged at my heart strings.

What a difficult situation to be in! All she wanted to do was run away and be alone nursing her broken heart...but she was thrust into that terrible situation where she had to participate in the celebration of the ruin of her own dreams 😔

And Arnav - the eternally tortured soul - was in a haze of pain himself.

His eyes were mirrors of the storm in his heart and soul.

One hasty knee-jerk reaction and that wrong decision! - suddenly the world has turned upside down.

And Poor Lavanya! I don't understand how she cannot see something amiss with the way Arnav is behaving! How can she not get suspicious?! And how can she feel this is right for her?

When she asked Khushi "Tum mere liye khush toh ho na?!", I felt so bad for her.

There was so much innocence on her face!

Seeing the preview just made me feel sick. Arghhh! I'll fast forward all the emotional torture of Khushi by Bua tomorrow. In fact I'll be forwarding major portions of the upcoming episodes as well.

Come to think of it - the romance was so short-lived. The Nafrat initailly and now the heartbreak and pain are dominating this love story. Sigh!!

Both r concealing, one is smoldering and other is smiling...Did they succeed? Yes, with others...not with them self or each other...

She asked for reason, he did not answer and now he wanted to answer (may b not ) but dat was not needed
Hey I m liking this...like horizon u chase it but can never touch it
Punishing her for making him weak, Punishing himself for going weak...Regretting later, after all showing ur weakness in front of ur loved ones is not a gr8 deal, but he s ASR and that's about it!
Bua and her Emotional atayaachar...this is highly irrational...She accepted him as PG, what s Kh's fault?gosh! to get rid of her antics and creepu's tricks...Marriage track asap

P.s- Why was not Kh feeling guilty about her feelings, I mean even after La asking about it...
May b when she accepts her love she may..but wat is in the store..who know!

Loved the epi...except for creepy crook's portion

Sushpective scores high!!!! You re-played the episode, the heart wrenching & wordless emotions that were so transparent!!! The intensity is killing me and I am lovin' it!!!

I said yesterday he will get no sympathies from me...for a choice he made...but it was hard to ignore the pain he was going through today...His face was like a kid who gave up a toy he had been saving for ...for a long time and had picked it up, and had been admiring it in asiles for ages before reaching the counter...only to leave it on the counter for another toy that his mom thought was good idea but he was never interested in...And you can tell him all you want that this was his decision but the moment you look at the face...you feel bad for him...!!

😭 He is but a slave trapped in his own dungeon. He is reaching out to her, in a round about way, but reaching out nonetheless to rescue him while she, trapped inside her own values and morals, is not able to throw in the rope!! It is such a helpless situation - but something's gotta give!! But what?!?!?

@Shwetha - Loved your post - and loved those lines. You nailed it girl!! The love is always on the slow simmer - needing a stir here and there but brings out the right flavors. But the complications, misunderstandings are on the fast burner, in and out fast!!! If you leave them on for long, there is a stink!!! I just hope that the CVs follow this principle😉

@ Bold in black: You bet! Something's gotta give - Arnav's gotta give - his hand to pull Khushi out of this terrible rigmarole she's sinking into.

Arnav still has some control over the situation he's created with that wedding decision - he can postpone the wedding.

But Khushi is literally being thrown into the fire by her own family, with no time to protest.
