even all those chewing gums, tablets & patches dont work. u have to cut back slowly at a time per day. than allow a cigeratte 1-2 times per week etc.

my dad tried but at the last minute pressure from work got to him & he started again big time 

awww same here with my dad too... I made him reduce it soo much but finally he cudn...! 😕

i used to shout & be rude to my dad after he started again. cos he worked for months n months n months to give up & he was succeeding ...then he blew it

but i was being selfish na. we will never know why a smoker is addicted & what they go thru.
