"two chicken sandwiches and two cokes"Samrat ordered to canteen man while standing closed to counter and passed look to Mayank who was silently sitting on chair tracing lines with his fingers trying to concentrate on what he was doing to avoid the people who was around him laughing and smiling and talking about their affairs. Samrat shook his head he knew Mayank from his childhood days he knew how much he was short-tempered and stubborn. If he took decision to do any work he would do and no one could stop him to doing that'

"Great!!!Couldn't this day get any more worse?Mayank clinched his teeth while tracing and rubbing M+N from the table..

"arghhh!!!! Why don't she think..i love her but she has no trust on me"he hit his fist in table in anger, he closed his eyes and tightly squeezed them for a moment and took deep breath to control his temper..

"Relax Mayank!!!"Samrat said keeping his hand on his shoulder and Mayank looked up'

"How could she???"he paused while thinking about Nupur's word and looked at Samrat who again signaled him to Relax and don't take stress..

"Look Mayank! We will talk about it later firstly take something you did not eat anthing"Samrat said offering him a tray of sandwich and coke..

"I don't want this, I am not feeling hungry" he said pushing back tray

"Hmm if Nupur would say you,you will grab it hurriedly ..I know it's a different between friend and girl friend?"

Samrat said teasingly while again offering him tray'.

"Shut up Samrat"Mayank frowned but grabbed tray from his hand and Samrat smiled finally he succeeded in feeding him that sandwich..

"So stubborn"Samrat sighed while murmured those words under his breath..

At the same time Dia and Nupur who just entered in canteen after seeing both of them present there in canteen stopped at the door.

"Nupur now please don't give damn importance to Mayank after what he did with you,for GOD sake control on your emotions"Dia warned Nupur glaring at Mayank

and Mayank who was about to take bite of his sandwich turned his face back as he heard similar voices and found her standing at door their eyes met for a moment she was looking so vulnerable and for a moment Mayank forgot what had happened in that room and felt guilty to behaved with her rudely but then after realizing what he was thinking, he turned his face again on other side in anger and threw his sandwich on table and stood up from his chair and Samrat who was noticing everything quietly stood up and tried to stop him to do anything in anger.

As Mayank stood up from table accidentally his leg hit with table

"ouch"he screamed in pain and he quickly rubbed his leg while Samrat pulled the table towards him to give him some space to sat down again on chair as his leg got injured and blood was coming out from his leg..

Nupur was about to take step towards Mayank when Dia held her wrist and stopped him to go near him

"Dia he is in pain,he needs me"Nupur trying to freed her arms

"Look Nupur!!!i am not interested at all in Mayank and his pain I am interested in you because you are my friend ,leave him for sometime let him think he is wrong .don't show him you cant live without him, be strong"She said sincerely and Nupur had no doubt on her sincerity but what she did

"I love him Dia"Nupur said helplessly while a lone tear came out from her eyes..

"I know he is wrong but at this time he needs me he is in pain,I cant leave him alone at the time of need"she said trying to freed her hand

"So do what you want if he would do something wrong with you, don't come to me, I will not help you"Dia said in anger and went out.Nupur saw her going back she wanted to stop her but she knew Dia would not listen her at that time as she was right at her place.Nupur was in dilemma as there was on one side was her love and was other her friend,best friend whom she would listen or whom she would not but she decided to talk to Dia later as for her at that time Mayank was important more than anything else in the world, forgetting about their fight she took deep breath and walked up to him..

"Mayank please let me clean your wound"Samrat was pleading as Mayank was not allowing him to do that and blood was coming out from his wound continuously.

Nupur signaled Samrat to give her first aid box. Samrat nodded his head and after handed over the first aid box excused himself and went away as he wanted to give them some time alone to solve their clash.

Nupur bent down and placed the first aid box on table and sat down in front of him .she opened the box and forward her hand to clean his wound but Mayank shurugged off her hand..

"Now what do you want?why you come here?he frowned glaring at her and Nupur who was expecting the same did not want to argue him at that time..

"Can't we keep aside our differences for sometime'"she said in pleading tone but he did not reply her

"please"she again pleaded ..he was still remain quite but he did not protest anymore and let her cleaned his wound..Nupur cleaned his wound and was slightly applying ointment on his wound and Mayank closed his eyes in pain,it was deep wound..

Mayank opened his eyes and stole glance at her face was telling him she was feeling his pain and there was no doubt her touch was lessen his pain, after applying the ointment she bandaged his wound..

She took another chair and sat beside him ,he was still looking at other side..she got up and ordered for coke and pizza for both of them as she knew he was not feeling well as he did not eat anything from the last night and had lost his lots of blood..

"Mayank eat something" she fetched a tray and offered him a slice of pizza

"I don't want to eat anything "he pushed tray back and Nupur without insisted kept the tray aside..

"ok if you don't want to eat anything I too wont eat so what if I did not eat anything from the last night so what if I am feeling dizzy.."she could not even complete her sentence when he interrupted him

"did not you eat anything Nupur"he asked with concern and she nodded her head negatively while flipping her eyes..

He fetched the tray and started eating and she knew what he meant for that she too took a slice of pizza and started eating it while her lips curved into smile..when he saw her eating he felt relaxed but her smile was irritating him as he was still angry at her

"don't think ..i am not angry with you'I am still angry"he said and Nupur shook her head in disbelief.

"Shilpa Aunty says right he is really very stubborn"
