^^ I was speaking of official relationship. For example, if a person A's son is formally adopted by another person B, then the child will not inherit A's property nor will he remain A's legal responsibility despite their biological relation. The child will be the legitimate son of B and will be his responsibility to maintain. In familial conflicts legitimate ties matter a lot, far more than informal relations. So I thought Kunti's position as Vasudev's sister might not have played any important role compared to Subhadra's place as Arjun's wife.
Had Pandu been alive, the war itself wouldn't have occurred in the first place.😉
The previous serial means RS Shri Krishna.😛
PS : Thanks Deepika..😊
But Kuntibhoj was a yadu , a brother of Vasudev and owned a vast Surseni Yadav kingdom. Also Dhritrashtra took in Kunti after Pamdu died, and kept her under his wing because of the fear of Yadavas (Ofcourse Pitamahas influence was also there). Also he decided on dividing the kingdom due to the same fear. Otherwise if it was up to him he would have kept Duryodhan as yuvraj That shows Kunti had a strong position.
Why Krishna marrioed Subhadra to Arjun , Mahabharat gives the Answer that Krishna knew only through her can the Vansharekha of Pandavs can be secured. Hence he encouraged the Romance
Kunti by no means had a week family. Unlike Gandhari she was from one of the strongest kingdoms
And do you know Kunti was the only one who had a real Swamvar, if we take the real meaning of the word
All other women in Mahabharat and even Seeta Mata had to marry who ever performed a task. Only Kunti chose on her own.
Kunti according to Mahabharat was a strong woman with strong bearings and strong family ties
