Radhika is rewriting the rules of the game on Zee TV's Chhoti Bahu sets. Usually a female actor treats the entry of another new entry in the show with suspicion and contempt but Radhika surprised everyone on the sets by welcoming Benaf (surname – name of character) with arms wide open. Right from day one, Rubina and Benaf get along with each other like a house on fire. They are often seen chit-chatting, giggling away to at anecdotes, talking to each other in sign language in a crowd during breaks and making plans to go shopping! And going by the camaraderie they share on the sets it seems like they have actually been friends for a very long time.

It's endearing to see Radhika bonding with another female on the sets because throughout the first season of Chhoti Bahu till date, she was known not to have bonded with another colleague easily.

"There was no reason for me to be insecure about Benaf entering the show. Avinash and I have reached a stage in our relationship where we completely trust each other and I have no reason to worry. I was looking forward to Benaf's entry as no matter how close you are to your male friends, only a girl can be another girl's best friend." said Rubina with a big grin on her face. Benaf echoed Rubina's sentiments and added, "Since we spend so many hours on the sets, it's very comforting to have a friend with whom I can share my joys and inhibitions."
