But yes studies come first. Even Aneek the SRGMP winner completed his studies, he is a naturally bright kid so was easy for him eventhough his studies were disrupted.

Yeah, plus he knows the reality of this industry! It's good he finished school so that even if singing doesn't work out, something will.

But sometimes in India opportunities are hard to come by and the singers gave to decide what is best.
Some do not have funds to do riyaz n take lessons. They need to eat roti and work hard.

Not just in India, but everywhere it is hard to get breaks in acting, singing, etc. You have to focus on something else and develop these talents on the side, otherwise you might end up in a very bad place in life. I'm not saying don't be a singer or actor, but you have to try to have another career goal too in case it doesn't work out.

Yes breaks are difficult on most large countries. India with it's huge population makes it worse unless one is well connected. The talents even in UK n USA is unbelievable and we see them often in talent shows.

i don't know what the channel people see in them... oh well!

Channel probably saw the same thing they see in Nirmeeti grp...Sajda sisters have given some fab performances again 2 of those 3 ladies are married and competing against a youth...It takes a whole lot to do what they are doing in this competition..

Each contestant or grp has something unique to offer and that is what Channel must have looked and liked..😃Edited by Dabulls23 - 12 years ago
