January updates

02 January

Recap:  Garv tells Megha Vivek is their son.  Megha disappears from the hospital and takes Vivek away.  Isha is hysterical that Vivek is missing.  Megha is sitting (precariously) on the roof with Vivek.

The whole family are trying to convince Megha to come down.  She is screaming and crying saying she won't come down because they will take her son and give him to Isha again.  Isha is begging Vicky to bring her son back.  Rimjhim is crying and begging Megha to come down.  Vivek is crying.  Everyone is completely helpless. 

Urmila comes there.  She tells Rimjhim she'll climb the roof and get Megha and tells everyone else to go inside.  Rimjhim pleads with Babuji to go inside and take everyone away.  They all reluctantly leave.  Rimjhim distracts Megha by continuously talking to her while Urmila is climbing the roof.  Urmila managed to get to Megha, she brings Vivek and leads Megha safely down (She strikes me as a bit dangerous, I mean Urmila could have given Megha a big shock, and she could have tumbled off the roof with Vivek!)

In the house, Babuji wants answers from Avinash and Irawati.  He asks them to tell the truth.  Irawati denies everything, saying Megha is stressed at the moment.  Babuji screams at her 👏.  He tells her she is lying, that Megha wouldn't say something so serious, and asks Avinash to tell them.  Avinash admits its the truth and they swopped the kids.  Everyone is stunned.  Babuji is devastated.  He screams at the two of them for ruining two lives, and creating such a big problem in the house.  Isha runs away to her room.

Megha is sitting outside with Rimjhim.  She is refusing to go inside, and tells Rimjhim off for keeping the truth from her.  Rimjhim pleads with her, saying she wanted to tell the truth but couldn't because of circumstances.  She begs Megha to eat something or drink some water at least.  Megha is about to drink the water, when Avinash and Irawati come there.  She throws the water on the ground and faces them with disgust.

Megha tells Avinash off very badly.  He begs for her forgiveness, but she tells him she will never forgive him for taking her child away from her for the sake of the family's happiness.  Megha then turns on evil Irawati and tells her how much she hates her.  She tells both of them she will never forgive them ever.  Both Avinash and Irawati are looking at Megha blankly.  Rimjhim tells them to go away as they are upsetting Megha and she will calm her down.  They both leave.

In her room, Isha is crying looking at the baby cradle.  She recalls Avinash's words that Vivek is Megha's child, and Megha on the roof with Vivek.  Vicky comes in.  He tries to console her and says no-one can take their child away from them.  Isha says without Vivek she has no reason to live. 

Kaveri has been overhearing at the door.  She tells Isha that Vicky is right, and she will see who can take their child away from them.

In the living room, Babuji is telling Irawati what a mess she created.  She is not retaliating for once! 😆  Babuji tells her she brought joy to Isha, but sorrow to Megha and that lies always come out. Rakesh says that they now have to decide what to do.  Bua says that if Vivek is Megha's child, he should be given to Megha.  Vicky and Kaveri are standing in the hall and hear this.  Vicky rushes forward and says Vivek is his son, and no-one will take him away.  Rimjhim is looking at Vicky shocked.

03 - 05 January

Megha and Garv go away with Vivek. Isha is in trance. Vicky tells Rimjhim that in order to make her daughter happy she destroyed their life. Namrata welcomes Vivek in the house. Garv talks to Megha regarding Isha's trauma. Megha is not ready to give Vivek.

Avinash says sorry to Isha and Vicky. Isha is turned into a vegetable and not reacting to anything. Urmila goes somewhere in a hurry. Rimjhim asks her where she is going but she does not answer.

Urmila comes in the jail where her son Munna is imprisoned. She curses him a lot for doing bad acts. Urmila blames Munna's wife Paro for everything. A girl steals a bag. Police are behind her. That girl enters Sukh Shanti Sadan. She is Paro. She comes and hides in Urmila's room. Urmila is shocked to see her.

06 January

Recap: Megha takes Vivek away. Isha is in a catatonic state, she is not eating, or responding to anything. Urmila's son and daughter-in-law are revealed.

I missed the first 5 minutes, but it looks like Vicky was talking to Kaveri about Isha, and he decides to go and bring Vivek from Megha.

Urmila is sitting outside and she has a daydream (really funny). She dreams that Jayanti and Irawati confront her over her son being a thief. They insult her for coming into their house, and bringing their name into disrepute. Maharaj brings her things and throws her out of the house.

She starts screaming "don't throw me out" when Rimjhim comes and wakes her. Urmila is grateful its a dream, but she realises it could become a reality. Rimjhim asks her where she went the other day without telling anyone. Urmila makes some excuse that she went to see her foster mother.

Rimjhim accepts her story and gives Urmila a couple bags of sarees and shoes she bought for her. Urmila is delighted with them and goes to try them on.

In jail, Paro is telling Muna about Urmila. She says that Urmila is now living with very affluent people in a palace. At first Munna is disbelieving, but in the end he believes his wife. He tells her to keep a close watch on Urmila and see what she is up to.

At the house, Urmila is trying on the new clothes Rimjhim bought her. She does her hair in two plaits and gets all dolled up. In Isha's room, Bua is trying to feed her but she is just not responding. Urmila comes there and also tries but with no positive results. The phone rings and Urmila receives it. Paro is calling, asking her mother-in-law to bail Munna out. Urmila tells her she'll sort something out and not to phone the house again. Bua asks Urmila who it is, but Urmila says its Manishankar and goes out to try and arrange the money.

At Megha's, she is putting Vivek to sleep. Vicky sneaks into the house, and as Megha goes to bring Vivek's milk, he tries to snatch the baby from the cradle. Megha goes ballistic, screaming at him and cradles Vivek close to her. She screams at Vicky to get out.

Vicky starts crying and begging her to let him have Vivek for a few days to help Isha recover. Megha refuses, saying she won't even let Isha see her baby. Megha starts getting hysterical, she calls Garv and he and Namrata comes running. I don't know how but Rimjhim also arrives there. Vicky continues begging Megha and Garv to let him have Vivek for a short while but Megha continues to refuse and tells Vicky to get out.

Garv looks on helplessly, even Rimjhim is just standing there crying. Vicky asks them to convince Megha, but they do nothing and he leaves devastated.

At the house, Urmila is trying to figure out how to arrange the money for Munna's bail. She decides there is only one way, she'll have to steal from the family. She has a fit of guilt and reconsiders whether she should do it as Rimjhim has done so much for her. In the end she decides its the only way and goes to Irawati's room. She steals a heavy necklace from under Irawati's mattress and goes outside. As she starts to go away, someone comes in and switches on the lights. Urmila is caught!

Preview: Naina Devi is back with her famous "lets go to court" line to decide who gets custody of Vivek.

09 January

Urmila is caught by Rimjhim. She tells Rimjhim that she was sleepwalking looking for the kitchen. Rimjhim gives her a skeptical look. Urmila starts crying and says she will leave the house if Rimjhim doesn't believe her. Rimjhim apologises to her but advises her to be careful.

Naina Devi comes to visit Isha and Vicky. She is quite distressed by Isha's condition and is very angry that no-one informed her about it earlier. Naina goes to speak to Irawati.

She insults Irawati for causing Vicky and Isha such pain, and says she swopped the babies in her own interest. Rimjhim hears this and comes to defend Irawati. Naina also tells Rimjhim off for giving the child to Megha. She says she will go to court to fight for custody of the child. Naina asks Vicky to come with her but he stays. She tells him that he is confused now but he will soon come to her.


Vicky meets with Garv. He begs Garv to give Vivek back to him for Isha's sake. Garv feels bad for Vicky but also says that he will lose his own wife if he gives Vivek to him. In the end, Vicky leave dejected.

Late in the night, Urmila sets off to rob the safe. She creeps into Irawati's room and gets the keys to the safe. Unbeknown to her, Jayanti is driving water in the kitchen and sees her. Jayanti follows her to the safe. Jayanti watches as Urmila marvels all the valuables in the safe and starts putting them into her sari. Jayanti leaves for a few minutes and comes back in with Rakesh and Irawati. They catch Urmila with her hands full of money!

10 January

Urmila is caught red handed and everyone starts abusing her. Bhavani feigns that he has given Urmila the keys to take out money and saves her. Irawati and Jayanti show mistrust on Urmila and talks why Bhavani is having soft corner for her. Bhavani considers himself responsible for Urmila's deeds due to her past background.

Paro calls up Urmila demanding for money. Urmila decides to leave the house and steals some stuff from the house. Jayanti sees all this and bring Urmila in front of family members. Jayanti shows the stolen stuff. Everyone abuses Urmila and uses harsh words. Bhavani gets arrogant and says that he is father of Urmila. But Urmila curses Bhavani responsible for their condition and is not ready to forgive. Bhavani gets severe heart attack.

11 January


Bhavani is murmuring that you people are taking him wrong and he hasn't done such thing purposely. Bhavani is been shifted to the hospital and is undergoing treatment. Rimjhim and Urmila pray to god for Bhavani's safety. Bhavani's condition gets worsen.

Jayanti says that the day when Urmila entered, the peace of the house gets destructed. Irawati blames Rimjhim for hiding the truth. Doctor succeeds in saving Bhavani's life, but couldn't save him from going into coma.

Urmila leaves the house. Paro & Munna emotionally pressurize Urmila to arrange the money. Urmila thinks that there is only one ray of hope and she is Rimjhim.

Avinash gets annoyed on Rimjhim for hiding the truth. Rimjhim clarifies that babuji is looking for a proper time to reveal the truth, and even Buaji knew everything.

Urmila returns to the house where Jayanti & Rakesh take an objection. Jayanti is about to slap Urmila, she gets hold of Jayanti's hand and pushes her. Then she marches towards the house.

12 January

Jayanti & Rakesh strictly reacts on Urmila's come back. They talks of calling police, but Rimjhim says that babuji had brought Urmila and he will decide the same. Urmila demands five lacs rupees from Rimjhim, but is unable to tell the reason.

Isha is desperate for Vivek and acts like lunatic. Vicky can't see Isha anymore in such state and calls up Garv to meet. Vicky explains Isha's traumatic condition and requests to give Vivek back to Isha. Garv denies saying that Megha can't become a mother and let the kid remain to Megha.

Rimjhim decides to help Urmila. Jayanti puts a condition before Urmila that they are ready to pay her money, but she has to leave the house forever. Urmila accepts it. Urmila hands over the money to Paro to rescue her son from clutches of wrong persons. Urmila turns and is shocked to see Rimjhim over there.
