1. Odhani scene after the ILU from Khanak: This is my favourite out of the list u have given because it just shows the pure love SO purely! you get me? I mean for one there is only love! No flirting, no besharmi, no Nok Jhoke, just pure love! The captivating factor is also the expressions of Shanak! It truly truly felt as though they had got married that day and the love in their eyes, and the way Shaan has a lump in his throat, like he can't believe he's here finally! and Khanak half blushing and feeling as though it is a dream (that she has become a suhagan again) Those feeling were portrayed beautifully in the scene! It was the first time Shanak had looked so comfortable in each other's arms! The hug, the near kiss, both wishing never to let go it was just a very heart touching scene! I'm a sucker for those sorts
2 Mithai Kumar scene: This scene is special and the thing that captivated me was it was so original! Never have i seen the lead couple meet like this and BAM they start fighting! Both showing each other their attitude! It was not love at first sight but that scene just showed a certian humanity, a certain bond that existed when Shaan looked at her from the thali, when Khanak made Shaan hide, when Shaan helped her get out of trouble with her mum, and then resuming their fight again as though they knew each other from ages! Perfect acting and perfect expressions! The Back ground Music was another VERY important factor along with Karan's smile when he sees Khanak, half happy, half confused types.
3. Dhat scene: Pure Love with a certain amount of besharmi and a certain amount of Noke Jhoke! Perfect combination! Again the captivating factor has to be the expressions of both Karan and Yashu in this scene! It was a good day for the actors lol! this scene still brings goosebumps to me even though Shanak didnt even touch each other!! The way Shaan said "Toh hojayaayy...Ajj raat ko...pool side pay...A B C..." those lines were so sensuous and could make the least romantic person in the world drool! And Khanak's Dhatt and the blush after that was the best blush i have seen in the history of blushes!
4. Phool-fool scene: This scene totally belonged to Khanak with her innocent expressions! The captivatiing factor in this scene was how effortlesssly Khanak pronounced the incorrect phool and this was also the first time Karan got smitten with Yashu's lips! LOL and then after this he could not stop staring at them in scnes for the following year!
5. The shower scene: Okay this scene was, in one word, HOT! and no one could've done it better than Yasharan. The captivating thing in this scene is the comfort level the actors shared with being wet and close to each other and all! It was the first time i realized that Shanak can be hot if they want to!
6. Shanak wedding scene: a sucker for emotional stuff, the wedding is one of my favourite scenes too! The first wedding on television which brought out the pain of both the ppl being wedded so beautifully! and made us all feel bad for Natasha. This captivatiing thing here is not only did we sympathise with Shanak but also with Natasha. Love triangles don't make ppl who watch them DO that! Sympathise with ALL three!! Perfect expressions and the prefect turning point! 21st May i still remember the date!
7. Beach scene: One of the few emotional talks between Shanak and very beautiful! The sunset, the Khanak running to hug Shaantanu, the black image of Shanak and the emo talk that followed "shaya iss ko pyaar kahtay hian" was all very very endearing and fulfilling to the heart!
8. The bath tub scene: The only reason i loved this scene and it caught my attention was because of the fact that the whole scene looked so offscreen! It didn't spell Shanak at all and the actors are kidding us if they think we were fooled. I have never heard Karan laugh like this as Shaan and never have i seen the look of "Shaan i will kill you!" in Khanak's eyes before!
9. Tum jo aaye dream: During this time i used to be having the time of my life at the forum lol! and this scene was just too sensuous to be ignored! Plus the fact that i was already in love with the song was an added factor! The scene just spelled out how desperate Shanak were to go to the next level but had to wait anyway lol
10. Shanak Kiss: The captivating thing in this scene was 1. They were doing it in the middle of the living room and 2. The kiss on the cheek by Shaan first, as though he was trying to take o confirmation from khanak to move ahead. Oh and i'm a sucker for kisses in the middle of or right after fights lol
11. Shanak SR: hmmm not an SR i was expecting what with RaSam in it and everything but it was executed beautifully and first SR in which i saw the girl make bold moves like the Patti takking off from the eyes using the mouth lol! And the fact that Yashu looked HOT! I became a major fan of her waist after this! and Karan with the perfect sensuous moves, not too pervy, not too simple lol his moves had class!
12Jaribooti scene: The reason i kept this here is because a potential really nice scene was ruined by the entry of Natasha lol but the way he draped the odhani around her head was to die for! i just wish it was red! but khair we got that too!
13. The confusion scene where they talk about SR and talk different things...... Hahha waisay toh this scene was really really hilarious but somewhere down the road it didn't look too real! I mean Khanak was just shown as too dum in this scene lol but it was awesome comedy and the double meaning especially "Doh jodi mazboot haath" was the highlight of the sceen! and Shaan;s desperation too lol
14. the scene on the bed when he holds her tight.....give it a name rey.. (I'll call it the Dream SR) HAHA! The Peelooo song! This scene was good and hot! What captivated me again was the comfort level between the actors. It's not easy to have your co star on top of you iin scenes ever so often and woh bhee so close! But the way Khanak held on to his arms tightly was really bold that made it magical too. (Manii Why am i getting the feeling you're talking about the Chori Kiya Rey scene?! or the one recently where he holds her waist? Let me know if you're talking about that! Waisay those will be on this number only lol)
15. Champak scene: Waisay toh this scene is really close to my heart because it was the first time i had seen shanak together on TV! i had missed the mithai scene i had to go out for dinner that night! This sceen told me Shanak had spark but the whole scene i did not like very much except Khanak's laugh! I liked the Bangles one that followed
16. The pool scene (before jaribooti): Except for touching each other all over, this scene had really nothing much in it lol unless you count the noke jhoke when Khanak tells him 2 ft paani main koi doobta hain kya! LOLL
