I think nivren r somewhat confused n reluctant to speak out their minds. thats why they r finding difficult to convince their family members regarding the present circumstances. Particularly nivi is not able to giv a convincing explanation to her family members.I think if she would have told them what sde told to viren. then i think it would mak much more sense.
i think viren is confused n shocked as he was not expecting this frm nivi.
