Mona Singh and Ali Asgar to host Imagine's 'Shaadi Teen Crore Ki'..

Imagine and SOL Productions' wedding extravaganza, Shaadi Teen Crore Ki will be hosted by Mona Singh and Ali Asgar..
The pretty and versatile Mona Singh who is presently anchoring Sony's Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa has now bagged yet another hosting opportunity on Imagine's upcoming reality show titled 'Shaadi Teen Crore Ki'..
Imagine and SOL Productions join together to cover a Big Fat Punjabi Wedding of two commoners. The channel had short listed few families of would-be-brides as well as grooms. The bride and groom have apparently been finalized now.
Our source states, "The channel will be paying a whopping amount of 1.5 crore each to both the bride and groom's family to conduct the wedding. Both the boy and girl belong to simple middle class families. They will be under camera for nearly 45 days, and the entire journey starting with the 'Rishta' getting confirmed to the wedding preparations, and the real wedding will be filmed".
We hear that Mona Singh and Ali Asgar have been roped in as hosts for the show..
Our source further informs, "Mona Singh and Ali Asgar have given their nod and preparations are on in full swing to start shoot. The entire crew along with the families will be shooting in Delhi from February 5th".
When contacted, Mona Singh told us, "Yes, talks are on with the channel as well as production house. But I do not know whether I should be talking about it now".
Ali Asgar who we understand has quit SAB TV's F.I.R. for this show, refused to comment.
We sent a text message to Nikhil Madhok – Senior Director, Marketing and Communications,Imagine TV, but got no revert..
Fazila Allana, of SOL Productions did confirm our news, "Mona and Ali Asgar are hosting the show. It will be a grand wedding of two common people".
If sources are to be believed, Zor Ka Jhatka which launched yesterday will go on for a month or so, after which the daily prime time slot of 9-10 PM will be given to this new reality wedding, Shaadi Teen Crore Ki. Ratan Ka Rishta will launch after this wedding extravaganza comes to an end..
