sorry I cant name any case, I haven't watched any of 1999 except Stolen Dynamite and Injured Witness!

i hv watched reluctant killer, it was a nice episode. i hv not seen 2 photographs.

        a request to all. pls post ur choice for best cases of 98 & 99. after some discussions i will edit my post of best cases if necessary.
