I am very happy for Karan because MNIK was one tough film to do and he did really well. He truly deserved it but Vidya winning popular award? It seems odd because I thought maybe Katrina might win because she's more popular but heyy...I am happy for Vidya

I agree!! I think he should have been nominated for Best actor...and not best villain....even villainous roles can be considered in the best actor category...like heath ledger's in best supporting!! I think awards should go away with the best actor in negative and comedy....if overall they're good then nominate them as just best ACTOR!!! But see this is another way to make sure multiple ppl win awards and go home HAPPY!

I know yaar...negativity is just a shade of character they play after all. Denzel Washington won the Oscars for Training Day. He played a villainous in that movie. It's not fair to the actors- you plut your heart and soul into a character and you dont get any recognition as an Actor? Saif should've won Best Actor for his role as Langda Tyagi too. (or at least Best Supporting)

I totally agree! I remember when Manoj Bajpai won best villain for aks...and the whole time i was thinking that his performance fueled the movie...he totally overshadowed everyone and they don't nominate him for Best Actor...so big deal is the character is isn't a protagonist!! And yep....saif should def have been a best actor instead of best actor villain....away with these categories!!!

Social Network's Jesse Eisenberg isn't necessary a positive character, but he's nominated for best actor....none of that villain crap!!!

For Star Screen Ranbir had far more votes and they still gave it to SRK. Even voting is not fair. But oh well, I'm happy for Vidya😛
