umm weight gain all I have to do is eat.. and it will grow for me 😆
I can never gain weight, no matter what I do. I eat the amount of 2 ppl normally and if I'm very hungry then I can easily polish off 3 ppls food! 😲 Par phir bhi kuchh nahi hota...I go on losing weight and sudden;y gaining about a kilo and then again losing it mera kya hoga...*sigh*
Arrey why're you torturing yourself like that? 😆 Sab kuchh khao...try to increase your intake of Vit.C. Like, if you're having daal with something, then pinch a bit of lime in it and eat the rest of the lime...and have an apple, or maybe some sour curd or something...it helps.
