watch it!.. are you starting with season 1?.. it starts off a little slow, but persevere the first 3 episodes, and you'll def get into it... it's nothing like CSI.

another show i highly recommend - The Mentalist...(it's nothing like CSI either) it gets into the action straight away, if you like Derren Brown, you'll love this.. the main protagonist is like Derren Brown, but he uses his skills to help the CBI solve cases, the mind games are brilliant!.. season 3 just finished last week, and what an awesome finale it was!, can't wait till season 4!

Hahah, it only gets better! Although it does slow down mid-season, the finale is worth it! Lots and lots of mystery in this show. I'm sure you'll enjoy it. :)

I am watching the first episode of The Vampire Diaries. 😆 I haven't seen Dexter, so go to Shashi for that I guess.

LOL really?, you mean his real baby?...Yeh Derren is awesome, I don't recall that particular episode, but there was one on last month, where he trains this guy to become a faith healer, and they go to Texas to put on a show.

Nooo.. it's not freaky at all, it's not even that type of show.. it's got nothing to with the paranormal/ghosts and all that malarky.. it's a Crime/Drama/Mystery show.. the main character - Patrick Jane, uses psychological manipulation/tricks, suggestion, hypnosis, observational skills and misdirection to catch the criminal..  it's fun, the guy reminds you so much of Derren Brown, the writers must've been highly influenced by him.  Trust me, give one episode a go, and you'll be hooked!

I just watched the first episode of VD - much too Twilight-esque for my taste! However, my best friend has been begging me to watch it for so long now, and she says that it gets better and better. We usually like the same kinds of shows, so I thought I'd give it a try. 😆

Gossip Girl has gone on far too long. I watched the first two seasons or so, after that I gave up. It was good at the beginning - rich high school kids with complicated sexual relationships - I think that sums up the characters pretty well. 😆 I don't know anybody who continued to watch the show, hence I was asking if you'd seen it and if it's worth watching.
