I think,  yes... few episodes back may be 10 days or so even before taps entry in bundela house  .....  when chanda took veer's shirt with lipstic or sindoor stain, from a wrinkled bedsheet in iccha's room.... another incident support this, when iccha tells veer aap pita banne wale hain...then veer ichha ki baat samzke usse kehta hai ,aabhi itni jald thoda na pata chalega.... if they hadn't consummate why should  veer tell like that?
