- Gauri and Rudra are sitting in the Police Station and the cop is questioning Gauri. He asks her if she has a husband or has he abandoned her or does she live with Rudra illegitimately? Rudra's blood boils hearing this and he picks up something on the table and clenches it. Gauri wipes her tears. and replies "Gauri Sharma" in the end. The cop asks her about the whereabouts of her husband and asks her to call her husband to the police station. The Hawaldar tells the cop that the husband might have abandoned her because she sings publicly. The cop agrees and replies back that the gals have become demanding nowadays. They need lipsticks worth Rs500/-, how would a husband bear such expenses? That's why these girls sing and get into such profession. He points at Rudra and sympathizes with him. Rudra asks the cop to behave himself while talking to a girl. The cop asks the hawaldaar to take Rudra to the lock up and give him special treatment. - Gauri's mom comes to the police station and hugs Gauri! Nani also comes along and shouts at Gauri for not taking her permission to sing. She scolds at Gauri for going to such places without the know how of handling the people there! She goes to the cop and tells him that Gauri is her grand child and is just a kid. The cop tells her that she is no kid and Gauri has been taming the commissioner's son and Rudra. She is no innocent girl and he wouldn't release her. Naani for the first time sees Rudra in the lock up and blows her fuse on him. Naani scolds Rudra for being the reason behind the whoel mess and accuses him of being the bad omen for Gauri. Gauri clarifies that Rudra, on the contrary, saved her and not put her in any mess! Naani tells her that if Rudra wasn't there then she wouldn't have been in the lockup! Rudra tells Naani that she is free to draw any conclusions. He did what he deemed fit in the situation. Naani tells Gauri that even his family is fed up of him and hence, no one has come to his rescue. Gauri tells Naani to not utter a word against Rudra. (Yes Naani....*pulls her sleeves*...Pangaa nahi Rudra se...nahi toh 10 spanks....*hits the whip on the floor*😆😆)...Naani shrugs Gauri's hand and goes and sits on the bench. Gauri turns towards Rudra and tells him that no matter what, she would always support him. She would stick to him in his thick and thin even if the whole world abandons him. He is free to form his opinion on her but that would never stop her from fulfilling her responsibility towards him. Rudra watches her dumb struck and then shifts his gaze. Gauri leaves from there and Rudra's gaze just follows her. (Gauri huns!! - RR comes with her lawyer to the police station. She runs to Rudra and tells him that she would free him soon. Rudra tells her that he is in no hurry to get free as he finds this place more peaceful than the outside world. Rudra asks her if she has come alone? RR tells Rudra that Dadaji was going to the club and hence she didn't inform him about Rudra. His father was about to come to the Police station but it didn't seem nice to see the whole family in the Police station and hence she came alone. Rudra gives a sarcastic smile. RR asks him,why did he beat Commissioner's son for a stranger. Rudra tells RR that it wasn't about a stranger but about Gauri. That's when RR sees Gauri for the first time. (*Picks guitar and bangs it in the air*...Kitne bhi tu karle sitam, hanse hanse ke sahenge hum, yeh pyaar na hogaa kam, RR, teri kasam! 🤣🤣)
- Rudra's lawyer introduces himself to the cop and talks about Rudra's bail. The cop tells him that Rudra has attacked the commissioner's son and he is right now in the ICU. Hence, he cannot release rudra without court orders. The court session is tomorrow morning and he can be bailed only after that. Gauri tells the cop to release Rudra as it wasn't his mistake but hers. If he wants he can lock her in but release Rudra. RR slaps Gauri hard and asks her to stop acting. Naani fumes up and holds RR's hand tight. She tells RR that she would disassociate her right hand and keep it on her left hand if she tries this again'.The cop warns Naani that if she doesn't walk out of the police station right now then h would lock the whole family in the cell. Gauri's mom takes Gauri from the police station. Gauri keeps looking at Rudra and then finally leaves. RR tells Rudra that she can understand his pain because he fought for a woman who just left him and went away'Rudra tells his mom that even if she doesn't work towards releasing him, he would be fine with it'After all, even at home, he lives amidst the strangers! (*Dreamy eyes* yeh teraa ghar, yeh meraa ghar, humaara ghar....*Gives Rudra a longing look, flutters eyes for the effect* 🤣🤣)
- Gauri tells her mom and Naani that she wouldn't leave Rudra and go. RR comes there and accuses Gauri for the mess. Naani asks RR to have shame, she might be from a high profile family but their deeds are shamelessly shameful!! (*Claps hard* Wah wah wah wah!!!....Aadabarz hai! 🤣) ...RR asks Naani to mind her tongue. If she wants she can revert the case and file a case against Gauri instead. Naani tells RR that she too knows a little bit of law and Gauri is the main witness in this case, and the main witness cannot be sentenced but if Gauri wants, she can get Rudra sentenced instead. She warns RR to not even take Gauri's name again! RR tells Naani that Gauri's name is like a profane word for her. She too warns Naani to ensure that Gauri is nowhere near her son ever again. RR leaves.
- Naani tells Sunheri to fill some sense in Gauri to come along with them but Gauri doesn't want to leave Rudra alone. Naani snubs at Gauri and leaves.Gauri asks her mother if she is wrong? She cant leave Rudra alone in such a mess, after all Rudra is her husband! She filled her parting because she came to know about Rudra's innocence. She doesn't know the power of the sindoor but she cant leave Rudra alone. Gauri's mom explains Gauri that Sindoor has power to attract the spourse to its partner and that's why Rudra reached on time to save her! (*In Ash's Paro style* Yeh chutki bhar sindoor ki keemat tum kya jaano Naani! 🤣🤣)...Gauri agrees with her mom. Rudra has fulfilled his responsibility of being a husband and now she wouldn't listen to anyone! Gauri's mom asks her to take care of herself and Rudra and leaves.
- RR orders the lawyer to get her son free by tomorrow. Lawyer explains that it was an attempt to murder and it's not easy to set his free easily but he would try. RR orders the lawyer to not try but ensure that Rudra is released. Lawyer tells the family that the only way to set Rudra free is to prove that Rudra and Gauri are man and wife and Rudra attacked Commissioner's son to save his wife's pride, Rudra can be set free! RR doesn't want to go in that direction but the lawyer tells her that there is no other choice but to present Gauri as the Main victim and not main witness.
