Reena Kapoor plays the role of the sweet and simple Rani, who is made to give up her lavish lifestyle for a middle-class life and how she adapts to her new life, in Sahara One's popular show, Woh Rehne Waali Mehlon Ki, which is Rajshri Productions' first venture into television.

She has portrayed the role of Rani so well and has been praised by a lot of people for her acting abilities. She says that she is very much similar to Rani in real life but unlike Rani, she knows how to cook and do household chores.

Reena was also seen in other serials such as Kisse Apna Kahein on Sahara, Laveena and Dishayien on DD, and Star Plus' Dekho Magar Pyaar Se. She is happily married to Karan Nijhar, a businessman in Delhi.
