The promo was never fake
None of them have ever had scenes like that and plus the stuff riddhima was saying

See i am not offending anyone but always saying they brought Shilpa only for KSG just makes me think that why cant Shilpa be paired against any other actor.

Hell,even SRK dies in KHNH.Why didn't KJo say that OMG he is the best actor,only he gets the actress.It doesnt work like that u see.
