Thank god you got it out of your system or your girls would have been confused as to why the principal called you if they had done nothing wrong 😆 and truthfully they were not completley wrong I support them, it's important to be tough in front of boys or they will take advantage 😊

🤣 you know I can actually picture the scenario your minis scared and then shocked when their father hugs them congratulating them for the actions, It's nice they wrote a letter to the boys and you they were not punished or I would have felt bad for your daughters.

btw how did the boy's react to the wonderful notes 😆

They have been friends since toddlers so its was nothing new, i live on a small island and everyone is friends the next day it was back to normal. i do feel that the girls are living a sheltered life as they have yet to experience indian community but soon will have to move so that the girls can experience our culture. Thankfully they are young.

How sweet a cute little community 😊 Suk, my mother had the same feelings as you and had expressed them quite often. I was six when my family moved to the US most of our family lives in India, she feared me and my brother would be alienated from our culture, so I can understand your feelings.

The funny thing is that we live in a small state and we have our own Indian community here so we all get together for all of our festivals it's quite nice and then my parents made many Indian friends and now my mother has no worrries 😆
Hopefully wherever you move to you will also find a little Indian community so your girls can also experience Indian culture. 😊

to be honest with you i have had enough of island life and want to go back to city life, i miss our culture, we come to the states a lot due to business and shopping then take the girls to the gurdwaras and friends houses the only thing is they dont understand the language my fault entirely as maids onlly spoke patious and english i just spoke english now regrets but hopefully soon we can move somewhere where i can enjoy and so can hubby. I now feel like living in india for a few years so that the girls can experience culture and also i dont want them to lose their roots i want them to know about the villages etc

I can understand your feelings like all parents you want your daughters to understand where they came from to identify with their cultural identity. But, don't worry they are still young, we are gujarati so I never learned Hind nor did my parents speak it around me (they spoke only gujarati and english around me) yet I am able to understand movies, shows etc, children pick up languages much easily at a young age, I'm sure if they are exposed to it even now they will be quick learners. Don't be so hard on yourself you can teach them even now 😃

there came a character whu was exactly like wat archana(the main lead)'s mother wanted for her and they set their marriage inspite of their daughter being alredy married to manav...bt at the nick of time...it was archana whu rejected the proposal and said that she loved her husband vry much although they are separate.... this guy was then paired with her sister.....😳
so maybe here the lawyer wud play some kind of role like this?😕
