amazing topic divya dii ...................i was so touched by yesterdayz MN scenes ...................nupur as a rsponsible and matured wife ........she was so very much concerned about her husbands safety coz of the dream which shesaw and also coz of the lie she told to get the ring ................and then the MN hug mindblowing ...........nupur trying so ard to contorl er tears ..............she was prentending to be so happy in front ofmayank ..........but deep don she wassoo much wooried abt his safety ............ the arti doing scene , then she puts tika and the dhaaga tying one..............all were soo cute .............she has full faith in GOD and knows dat He will protect her husband from all evil eyes .......................and then when she knows wat all thingshe needs and gives to him .........helps him in packing ..........aww it was a lovely scene .............mayank as always totally fida on her and saying waah biwi ho to aisi ..................seriously she is the best wife any husband can get ...................mayank andnupur togteher make such a beautiful couple ......................very much realistic .........and represent todayz mordern day couple .............hats off to Rati and Arjun ........................proud to be there fan ...........

Hey divya...thanx for opening this topic..feels really good to be able to comment here...😃

I just loved yesterday's scenes...They way her sixth sense forecasted the tragedy and the way she was shown extremely concerned for her husband...

She is indeed a very matured and caring wife now. From being a support system to her husband in matters of career to being vigilant about his safety. She is doing it all. Her pooja ka thaali, the way she was helping him pack and her dhaga for safety shows how much she was trying to shield him from the misfortune her premonitions.

But more than the external actions I loved the way her eyes were speaking volumes of love and concern for her husband. There has been a growth in her character and maturity recently and I am proud of her. Hope they stop playing with her character further and show her in this manner in season 2 if she is present there.

Rati as usual has excelled ....Just hope she got new clothes...

We absolutely needed this. There was lot of bashing on Nupur's characters done on this forum...how mean she is...how insensitive she is....how less caring she is towards her husband...and what not....

I thought She was marvelous today, so its only right that we appreciate her as much as we bash her ...Honestly, I have never thought her insensitive (ok, blocking my mind from the horrendous locket track.. I have never found her care for husband less, but probably the display of her concern was not shown as much as we wud/ve liked..until this week ie..

But for last few weeks, we have seen tremendous depth in her character and I must thank the creatives for this. Nupur's dreams of becoming an actress got shattered... but she took her husband's advice in a right way.... Her willingness to share her husband's responsibilities, her seriousness to work hard... everything was commendable. She realized that her dreams and her husbands dreams are one now... she won the scholarship on her talent and hardwork. but unfortunately she got hurt by Mayank's behaviour...and she distanced herself... but in the process she hurt herself the most. But their love and trust was not intact... that survived them to overcome the silly fight that stretched to almost seperation....😃

yup Jess, there has been a growth in her character and thankfully in a direction that is appropriate to the basic character she was introduced as.
amazing how events changed her life and she changed herself accordingly..

I loved the maturity in both of them after the patch-up... they decided to renew their wedding vows... to understand the meaning of each promise once more. This reunion gave whole new meaning to their marriage.... but even though we saw so much maturity and seriousness in Nupur, she still had the sense of humor in her... the way she makes Mayank smile.... and thank God she hasn't lost that trait.... Mayank loves her talks... 😳

They realised the importance of each other and the marriage only after the separation, since at the time they got married, they did not have much time to think of anything, it just happened. Then it was a whirlwind for them, things just happened and they were taken up by the daily routine. It was during the separation that they sat and thought about their life together.
And yes, its true, she makes Mayank smile!! :) Thats something he loves best about her..

She always mentioned how much she dreams about having kids... but Mayank was too afraid to talk about kids... I'm glad they finally talked about family planning... 3 years later...😆

The career talk was the most that touched my heart.... how whole heartedly she accepted his going to US... she was so happy for him... although nervous because she will have to live seperate from him for some years.... so much maturity in their decision... this is what today's modern couples expect from each other... having careers for each other... not forcing decision on each other... and immense understanding....👍🏼

I am so glad that they decided to give importance to their career .. for a great life ahead together.. MN were always the real couple ...they talk real, they dont talk too much...
They have maturity and the understanding required make a wonderful life ahead.
I could even personally relate to each other..

Today Nupur proved that she is very caring wife... very protective of her husband....

She was helping Mayank to pack his bag... and like a good wife she had every single thing ready for him...from shirts to shaving kit... biwi ho toh aisi....😳

I loved the biwi ho tho aisi dialogue so much 😍

But her intuition that something bad might happen to him, scared the hell out of her... she kept thinking about it.... even though Mayank tried to cheer her up, the thing was bothering her inside... she wanted to protect Mayank and she didn't want him to know why she was upset... so she made a joke on herself... isn't she cute... 😳

agree agree....i know the seriousness of the situation in her mind was too immense to be cheered up...

She finally seeks God's help... she want to give him God's blessings...so she does Aarti/Puja of him... the tilak, the holy water, the thread...all the things possible to protect him from evil eyes.... I love her....this girl is just so amazing... every time she surprises me with her new character traits.

I loved the Arti... I love the girl and yes she actually surprises me too :)

Rati has brought Nupur's character to life from the beginning of the show... her expressions and acting in each scene...be it with Mayank, or Gunjan or Samrat or Benji...she acts to perfection... you laugh with her...you cry with her... it's hard to seperate Rati from Nupur.

I have noticed that too....she has amazing chemistry with all the characters...

I bow down to such unique character on indian television...NUPUR BHUSHAN SHARMA.....👏

Absolutely Naina, ITs a very real character, there are positive and negative traits like in all of us..yet selfishness is not one of them..she is very giving ..

Rati ofcourse has been fantastic as Nupur!! The real reason we adore Nupur so much!! :)
