Hello everyone, My name is Thobias. I'm a dancer from Belgium. I started dancing a little over a year ago and I can't get enough of it. I love battles J but I m not good enough yet. I am having a really hard time finding cool stuff to wear and I am not into 50 cent type of clothing. Not much to see online neither.. does anybody have a url for me ? I keep on finding sites that prtend to be hip hop dance related but it's really just boring stuff.

Here is some of the fashion tips & what to wear & what not to wear.

INDIAN CLASSICAL:-

This is a dance style of INDIA.This styles are manily done by girls i.e. Kathak, Bharatnatyam, Manipuri, Odissi, Mohiniattam. This dance are having tough foot work and the song are pure classical Indian style only.

In this girls wear the "'GUNGROOS" in there legs and they are really heavy. Even boys also do some styles of dancing styles like Kathak, & Bharatnatyam.

Girls wear the "sari" but in south Indian style & also of specific colours in the combination of 2 colours i.e. Yellow & Red, Pink & Blue, Green & Red etc. Only bright colours are used in it & looks attractive also. As I have said that 2 colours are combine means 1 is of "blouse" and 2 is of "sari". So like that girls wear and perform dance.

Boys wear a Orange or Crome Yellow scarf on there neck side & "Dhoti" this is only for boys.Colour of "Dhoti" is of orange, yellow, or white. Maximum white dhoti is used.

There are lots of thing to be worn by girls in classical dance and they are ornaments like "TIKA" "FUL KA GACHRA", "EARING" & " LONG Length Necklaces"

As all this dance is for god & goddess and so this dance do not have any of the shoes & footwear added on it. It is done bear foot.

When girls are performing they also put "MEHNDI" in there hands also.

As all have different styles in classical but this is all the basic and same change also being there in every dance

So this is all about classical wear.

So here is some HIP HOP wear tips

HIP HOP

This dance style had been also stated as street dance. It has started in Urban countries.We all know the "KING OF POP" "MJ" He is only the fashion statement of HIPHOP. When it come to hip hop we only think strikes was MJ with his moon walk & song dengerous & more....

This is mainly done by boys and now girls had also started doing it also.Here all the things are being glamorous only.

Wear (try look at your wardrobe only will find all things)

For boys:- Funky,Loose, Long,T-shirt (White)
Jacket on it [Black]
(interchange the colour you want then)
Cap (Round, Simple)
Big & Bold Lockets
Many numbers of chains (silver only)
Buggy pants,loose pants, Low pants, Even tracks pants

For girls:- Wear Text t-shirt (its too fashion now a day) colour White & black more preferable
Jackets (Denims only)
Chains
Tight denims,narrow leg pants

So hip hop gives you a bold look & which is perfect for dance.

Tips:-
for a funky look in dance you can combine t-shirt & shirt also
Example:- plain black t-shirt round neck inside & in that put on a white colour with silver lining or stripes on it over it this combo is too rocking try it.

Even plan white t-shirt with any colour shirt also looks rocking but shirt should have attrective colours & should be in stripes and chex on it.

Girls have to do a lot of glow on there face with makeup but not more which looks ugly.

Even shiny cloths for hip hop are available can try that also. but recommended not to wear for more time as its makes skin problems to skins (to some ppls only). After dance can change it. Its perfect for that dance purpose only
