Kashi & Shauriya would be a disaster - one can see Shauriya's mom insulting Kashi all the time based on caste, and being the bahu, she won't even be able to say anything. Even if Kashi has any feelings for him, she should use her sense and not go into that.
Like I mentioned in the other thread, I'd like Kashi to find a rich guy - a male Vijayanti if one will - and have the same influence on him as she has on Vijayanti. He falls for her, she marries him and learns the ropes to manage the family fortune, while he gets to appreciate the effort it took to get there. Oh, and her sasural loves her.
Vijayanti would do well unmarried - as it is, her bro & bhabi will need her. Her dad will need her to manage the family business, since her bro obviously can't, and her bhabi will be too busy managing her bro. Plus she would be a valuable support to Urmila in maintaining her bro.
As for Shauriya, get him another gal that his parents can stand, since they are just the type who would torture a bahu who didn't have the necessary 'pedigree', and Shauriya is not the type who can or will protect her
