it may have been shown in movies before but i just realized it lol, that its true that until u completely let go your past to the piont when it only becomes a distant memory n u dont let it affect it your present...then u have actually moved forward in life...if u keep a grudge against something that happened in past or get stuck there then u can never truly move on...
