Rekh's dad was not really murdered. By the way who is the someone else? There is no one else. They were going to bring him home since he ran away years ago leaving his wife and child behind. I guess he did not want to come home so he kept running and fighting chachu.
Rekh's dad was and accident. Hiding it from the family was more of a crime. Rekh's dad was being brought home by chacha. Rekh's dad tried to run away and hit chachu with a boulder( rock is small and boulder is big so please pardon the exggaguration) ,trying to save his own self chachu hit him and Rekh's dad lost his balace. He fell from higher floor and died.
