Mamta hides behind Shamoli, as Shamoli and Kunal glare at each other.
Shamoli takes Mamta to the hospital; where reports are taken.
Mamta gives a statement against Kunal Mehra and accuses him of rape. Shamoli is the witness.
Kunal Mehra is arrested - the day before Siya's engagement.
Veeru's Mom, Kanchan, and Kakon leave town.
Shamoli is left home alone, a day before she has to give her statement. (As a witness)
Veeru is shocked to see Kunal's case in the newspaper, and Shamoli as the witness.
Kunal is bailed out of jail, and Kunal tells Veeru his side of the story. Kunal states Mamta faked cramping her muscle. She innocently asked Kunal to rub her shoulder. As Kunal rubbed her shoulder, Mamta used her long nails to scratch Kunal. Kunal went to go get a bandage for her. As he left, Mamta made herself look like she was in a bad state, and ran out of the room screaming for help.
Veeru tries to tell Shamoli that Kunal is innocent, and tries to take her to the Mehra household.
