when is the issue with Yahoo going to be solved so that I can reset my email id to my Yahoo a/c?

I have troubling activating my account....I have not been recieving any email about activation...What should I do?

plzzzz i still havent received any email..i changed my email too...but still not getting any email..shuld i make a gmail acc only for I-F then??..i need help fast!!..i cant even comment on my fav celebrities' profiles..this aint fair!!
